If Knapp has won, and there was a courtsider present, then they've taken the courtsiders' reputation for the lack of a 'pair' to a new all time low. Still trying to pinch a tick back at 1.02 even though the match has been won.

To an extent, it is frustrating if they do pay out, because it drives customers away from the Betfair site and means less money on sports for other people to bet on. They should balance taking their profit from it with the number of customers who will be disgruntled by it.

Wouldnt cost BF much to void this.. everyone that thinks they won big on Knapp on a broken market always knew they were chancing it. The loss to reputation is worse if they pay on Knapp, regardless of clauses.

well, as a matter of fact the players were presented in the wrong order. it was the same for the wta live ticker, but they changed after 3 or 4 games played in the first set
