I can see that the French muggs busted ya today. They're the worst kind of players to bet on/against. Men and women...as long as they're fkn french!
Have you seen gasquet couple of days ago??? That the best describes them all! I learnt that lesson once, and ever since I either lay French or stay away from their fkn matches. |

That's a strange thing to post YYYY yo put it mildy! No matter what happened a Frenchie was going to win and a Frenchie was going to lose.[smiley:crazy]

Keep with the thread. Dnt get silly or impatient.
Play the betting like a game of chess. Always remember £10 is 10 points. Dnt ever think of figures as money, I think that is the key. Money puts people under undue presure. |
|
By:
why would you have to trade if you went full time?
I'm full time and I only bet pre match, never touch inplay trading |

I'm full time and I only bet pre match, never touch inplay trading How many bets a month do you have on average, and how many losing months would you anticipate in a year? Always think non trading bets require a totally different mindset and absolute faith in your ability as no matter how good you are losing runs are inevitable |
|
By:
This year I've probably average between 10-13 bets a week during a normal week (ie not during a grand slam, big 1000s tournaments).
I dont believe this has been enough, and should average 13-16. I look at it on a week by week basis. Profitable weeks are generally 3 out every 4 weeks. |

What do you think about Giraldo to beat Melzer @3.3 in Basel? Surely Melzer must be feeling tired? Didnt play basel last year? No points to defend?

hmmmmmmmmmmm....trying to digest that one. And it still lasts. Well, there is the difference between play for fun and play for money. Different mind set IS NEEDED IF YOU WANT TO WIN. So, applying one mindset to the other demands...is something I cannot digest. It would be the same as if: someone points his loaded gun on you, and saying: hey just relax and think of this as a plastic toy.??? Any idea how to do that? |
|
By:
Wrong example with the gun matey. It's got nothing to do with gambling.
Think about it for 1 sec, sum1 points a gun at u, there's f00k all u can do. Playing points instead of money can reduce the presure and avoid all in bets. Betting points instead of cash can alow u concentrate with free mind. Hope that helps |
