Some nights I can get away with just nibbling on the odd bit here or there and others I just can't seem to fill my belly. I usually have a stock of sausage rolls for snacking plus a plated dinner that my mrs has made for me. But tonight it's only 3am and the dinner has gone, 3 sausage rolls and a pot of olives! I have just stuck a pizza in but it looks small so I can see the hunger pangs continuing :( I think I may have to make myself some yummy porridge as that usually does the trick :) Mind you maybe I'm dehydrated? I read somewhere once that when dehydrated the body sometimes confuses thirst with hunger! I'll have a pint of sarsparilla and soda just in case.
absolutely salavating everywhere whilst reading these posts, as someone who works out and slightly watches what they eat i know feel so much better about just shoving doughnuts down my throat after spending years on forums where the topic is which lettuce leaf shall i eat for tea, or do i push the boat out and have broccoli

I think I shall have a haggis croissant Haggis for the great Scot who is about to embark on his maiden Slam win before becoming the GOAT. And the croissant is to celebrate Nicolas Mahut who is duky going to oblige by knocking Mr Djokovic from his perch at the plentful odds of 79 to 1.
Fill your boots as well as your tummies!
Oh and happy new year one and all!

Hi Shiraz, not been on forum for over a year I think. Sill dabble on BF. Lose more than I win but a little hobby rather than an income now. Was such hard work relying on it for income. Did it for 4 years but burnt out. Work is so much easier and you actually get paid for your efforts regardless!

What ever keeps you sane I guess, I know what you mean about the uncertain income.
It's funny, just yesterday my daughter (14 y.o.) asked me about "work" and said she wanted to get a job so she could have some independence. I told her that was commendable and then explained how it is tricky for me to instill that in her since I never go to "work". When I figured it out the last time I had a job where I went to work for someone else was almost 20 years ago.
Anyway, hope to hear more from you during the AO.
Breakfast here was coffee and raisin toast.

Had an Avocado. You have to be careful when deciding when to open them, if their not ripe they're finished. Trick is to squeeze / press it gently to see if it soft.
Apt to see back to the day job has gone back to the day job I'll get my coat.

Carrots just been replenished - hope Lisicki is giving herself a good talking to at the same time! Like white/New Zealand/Sauv Blanc. Just found out the bottle I bought today (whilst basically asleep in the shop) is RED/Villa Maria Am crying whilst I drink it

Nice crisp Marlborough Sauv Blanc goes very very nicely with spicy food.
Bad mistake picking up the bottle of red instead tweedy, you obviously thought it was a Villa Maria SB.

Pre dinner organic cheddar cheese and my home grown tomatoes on water biscuits. Then tofu green curry and basmati rice for dinner. Accompanied by a nice chardonnay (don't have any sauv blanc in stock) to end the days proceedings.

Good morning tennis fans. I'm up early and realised Australian Open was on so thought I'd check this old forum. Bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes and a coffee for my breakfast.
Hope all your punting is profitable and good luck for your season :-)
