Not many Keely layers smashing her price out given she's injured?
By:
stu
When: 22 Aug 24 14:06
That may be because the VT of all her gold medals and other footage isn't injured Mischief

small drift to 1.5 prices...push it to 1.8 and I'd like to play again.

She didn't even turn up for the closing ceremony, fecked off abroad instead. Bet that went down well with her pals

Reminds me of a Victoria pendleton type character.  I'm projecting obviously.  I much preferred Adlington as a person and she got nowhere near.  I just don't feel she has much about her. What's making people vote for her?

gonna get something up later today, not drafted anything yet and have many bullet points rattling around in my head that i need to get on paper, and then waffle on loads as to why they matter. if my thread don't push the fav out stu, i apologise in advance lol coz its basically all found on google and common sense. I'd imagine when the documentary starts to trailer and then air Luke will drop considerably imo. My thread will just be the starter Crazy

Lando sliding into 2nd favourite position, becoming the new challenger this year for sure...
By:

When: 01 Sep 24 21:01
Poor from Lando today, at least two errors including a very timid first lap, and bizarrely Maclaren may let Piastri cost him the title
By:
GeorgeBrush
When: 01 Sep 24 21:08
Neither seem to have the real killer instinct needed, suspect Piastri has more of it for the future

Draper 22/1 us open tennis

Where does that put him, if he wins,... Deffo nom
but nobody knows him,... Yet.

28/1 spoty looks short.... Silly

Littler looks a lost cause now. Should withdraw and go directly to Young Spoty Laugh

Can draper do Sinner?  You'd make him title fav if he can.  6/1
By:

Indeed - two springers this year in Lando and Draper for sure.

A grand slam tennis winner is a power in SPOTY markets for sure, especially a breakthrough player like this. He would be a certain nom and tennis is always a good winner for voters.

Think market needs re-ordering, looking a bit messy in prices order...

Murray failed to win spoty after the us open of course
By:
stu
When: 05 Sep 24 16:34
Good point - was very odd that 2012 year - Wiggins winning tour de France, and Ennis Olympic gold winner and record breaker.

Still Murray did fairly poor in 3rd there, I suppose we could say.

Luke crying on stage, I do wonder if his best mate will talk in his VT about a record breaking but tough year. Oh I’d keep an eye on most 180’s in a calendar year, seems our kid is set to smash that record too

Should Littler continue throwing maxima at his current rate, and continue to enter enough tournaments and win enough matches in them to maintain that rate, he will break Smith's record, and even have an outside chance of reaching 800 180s for the first time.

The aftertime crew must be snoring, why they didn’t come on here and share there insight before she won is quite puzzling. Sleeping trolls has two meanings I guess

By:

Draper 11.5 yet only 15 to win spoty.  Hmmmm
By:
armagnac
When: 06 Sep 24 09:03
A lot less time on court for him compared to the rest but I won’t be cheering him on, probably like the hurty leg crew

No sign of the two odds on hurty leg tipsters yet, waiting on there after timing heroics at 5/1. As no posts were posted about her amazing chances. Are we gonna get some proof of these prices ?
By:
stu
When: 06 Sep 24 13:21
Originally backed her around 1.8 average (hence why wanted that back again), not a massive price but good enough.
By:
stu
When: 06 Sep 24 13:22
I'm not claiming I got the really big prices on her earlier, didn't get involved that early
