We could do with more of Flavia

We could do with less of this, and Johannes looked much better at it

Not keen on Jamie’s QS song.

better show tomorrow with Ian's training clips

Maisie & Gorka

Neil Jones pro challenge

Don't normally watch this, but giving it a go. Just watched this week's show on catch up :) On Ranvir at 7.4s for interest (and it looks value).

Best show of the week tonight with Ian's training clips and comments.

Hope we see all dances.

the Waite is over

They were saying these are the first dances so assume these are the first dances on Saturday night.  Looking back, in dance off couples always seem to reprise 2nd dance

Jamie

QS

has had so many bouncy dances which suit him but here

going up and down at a different speed to Karen
bit of gapping

Maisie

VW

fantastic poise and posture
position and flower in vase is perfect
not always doing right heel leads when moving across the floor
and some other sort of error with crossover behind which Gorka (in studio) says is intentional
will be amazing by Sat

Bill
Tango
looks really good
nice hold, compact, goood movement across floor
missing his heel leads there
bit high in the shoulders and a bit straight in the legs
needs to get more into the floor

HRVY

this looks even more complex than last week

amazing Charleston with so much content

out of synch in places

Ranvir

jive

needs to be much more up and on to balls of feet and stretching foot and pointing, not turning in

So did I. Maybe did it tonight too, because lots of outfits to get through this week

rest of dances

Jamie

Salsa

has the enthusiasm and attitude for the salsa
lovely flourish and leg flick
impressing with the rhythm in his body and supporting his partner

Maisie
CChoice - Street

loves the character
with cap and high tops on

few synching and timing issues
half as much practice time
will be amazing by Sat

Bill
Charleston

he's lost a stone and a half
energetic and suits Bill
good stamina and fast feet
few synching issues in the side by side
but it's only Tueday footage

HRVY
Rumba

good to see
most pros love it but it is the most difficult dance so tends to be avoided
straight legs and undulation etc
HRVY is looking good with that and his connection is good
needs to extend his arms under him armpits more

Ranvir
Waltz

very moved by her BR dances
stays glued to Giovanni
perfect flower in vase

still has footwork problems here she needs to work on
keeps doing side steps and needs to do forward steps to move quicker

STAR OF THE WEEK - most improved is JAMIE

I think he did, Squares.

HRVY’s Rumba looked very promising from that short clip.

what did he say or do?

Zoe said something about pleasing Craig and he said something like he knows a way he could please Craig but it wouldn’t be allowed in the show

Fantastic MD

I'm sure nobody reads them

lol

I thought Maisie's Street looked amazing last night, better than Gorka, but obviously it's what she has trained in already.  Can only see 10s considering what some of the other Couple's Choice Street dances have achieved, including Jamie

I think Nadiya is always going to struggle to get a PV

and Nads wins by one

14 disq for Graziano

who goes
