I'm on her... was on when the prices appeared.
From the hockey winners, she instantly struck me as easy on the eye, have followed her on Facebook ever since and her portfolio as instantly grown since she returned, attending and invited to many showbiz events. Whilst I'm not declaring she is a dead cert, I thought 10/1 was a good price to get involved with and hopefully the public will take to her quite easily. Nobody can dislike an Olympic gold medal winner from GB... can they ? |
|
By:
Bit sceptical these days about IAC as a long term betting prospect. TPTB have become as bad as Cowell and, sadly, SCD for trying to fix it....weeks watching it then it all comes down to who they give the eating trial to in the final. On the other hand trying to second guess them part of the fun of the chase.

Quock betting ;)

Never heard of her, can`t be bothered to do any research, but hemsby`s had a good few winners this year, so I`m following him in blindly.
GB2; the age-old practice of the final eating trial determining the winner went out the window last year, with Ferne getting it, loads of us backing her (at least for trading purposes), only for the historically-guaranteed price plummet not to happen! |

Ferne, for some bizarre reason, was TCO but they were always flogging a dead horse up against Vicki. Obviously it doesn't guarantee victory but it helps ala Foggerty being manly while Jake had to stand there like a wassock having a few insects poured on him iirc.
|
|
By:
Maybe my green on Ferne blinded me, but I`d have sworn Vicky was TCO? Certainly looked that way from here, throughout the series.

Nah deffo Ferne....bear will check his dossier

IMAC is just a mainstream family entertainment show. It's meant to make you smile. The contestants that get shown are the ones that provide the best footage. It doesn't have a PC agenda like SCD and isn't a manipulation fest like XF, and the eviction format doesn't lend it itself to being manipulated like BB. Put simply it's the cleanest reality show of them all.
There's a lot to like about Sam, but I don't think she'll feature that much, except in the shower ![]() |

By:
is the show really clean though when all of ant and dec's pals end up lumping their life savings on the winner?
|
|
By:
I think the show is one of the easiest to read, and most enjoyable to watch
my fav betting heat of the year |

IAC is `clean`? Have you all forgotten that this is the one show where we KNOW there are insiders operating???
|
|
By:
I'm talking about production teams trying to influence the result. This is the least manipulated show imo
As for betting insiders XF is the worst. Tell me what you are talking about this show and how you know it? |
|
By:
Vicky spent more time in the Bush Telegraph than the rest of the camp put together
|
|
By:
Well bear and mach, two sworn and immortal enemies, are in agreement that Vicky was TCO; really don`t know how anyone who watched it could think otherwise?
`What do I know?` Nothing more than the rest of us; that the last number of years has seen the most blatant market moves during the early morning, as events are unfolding in Australia; all you need to do is look at the overnight market moves to know who`s had a good day. Don`t know if the HS still price up BTTs, but they went down in forum folklore as the most informed markets in our little RTV world! |

lmfao at IAC being clean.

She was a good narrator and gave the most entertaining anecdotes. When she was in the BT she was more memorable than when others were in it so it would seem she was in it more than she was. You'd expect Scarlett to feature heavily in the BT this year for the same reason. If Jordan Banjo and Wayne Bridge aren't featured much in the BT it's simply because it's not entertaining.
This show has a fair eviction process. The BTTs, which are the main entertainment, are voted for by the public and then by the camp mates. In BB the eviction format is made up as the show goes along and tasks are given entirely up to the producers. In XF, air time, the story lines, the song, the draw, the judges comments and the VTs are all strategic. SCD is less strategic, but they still fix the draw, and the judges take away the public's choice. |

She was in there because they probably already had her lined up for the ITV 2 show

Should be worth watching this year then

She was a good narrator and gave the most entertaining anecdotes. When she was in the BT she was more memorable than when others were in it so it would seem she was in it more than she was. Subjective, of course, but that`s tosh. She was, and is, a boring pain in the neck. Constantly being rammed down our throats, to the dismay of most on here, but she was TCO, she had to be featured and protected, she had to be got over the line. And she was. Not really book talking, either; she, Scotty, and Louisa all won in short succession, and were all early max reds that I spent the whole series reducing down to level, so obvious was it that each of them were receiving unusually blatant and unfair levels of help. In fact, I look back on those three series, with three level-ish results as one of my finer periods of RTV betting; knew how wrong I`d called it and, for a change, did something about it, rather than hold on and hope. Quite proud of myself, I was, if you don`t mind me saying it! |
|
By:
Ferne was much more entertaining, not nearly as trashy.
|
|
By:
She won every vote comfortably so she hardly needed to be protected.
|
|
By:
She won any vote because she was being protected!

New Season and this is the Sam train.

Might try and board on a cheap saver ticket half way through the show.
