If its true that the Russian jury periscoped the contest then in my opinion their votes should be disqualified.

They would just use the televote instead like they did when they disqualified the Georgia jury results.

Mind you i think that with cancelling a jury vote then the replacement jury vote will be be calculated from other Eurovision juries that has voted similairly in the past and just take Russia from the calculation.

I don't know why I said impossibly unlikely. It's certainly possible. Funnily enough there's nothing in ESC published rules against it. They have secret "green" rules but they may not even have anything there about broadcasting the event as they may not have even considered periscope or the possibility of a jury member being so stupid.
