Anouk is on stage now. She’s dressed all in black as are her three backing singers. She stands at the front of the catwalk for the entire performance and it looks very simple and somewhat intimate on the screen. She performs Birds effortlessly and this stands out coming after the drama of the Ukrainian performance.

Im sorry but as you know i have a strong anti Netherland opinion and for me simple, elegant etc just means dull. There are many extremely talented vocalists this year and I dont think she will stand out in any way.

Love the Dutch song. Has that special something - felt the same about Lena and Satellite when I first heard it on youtube. Listened to the top 5 in the betting and all were meh to me. Suppose it depends how it goes down live but at the same time I thought Lena was utterly dire live when she won.
