Ladies and gentlemen, it’s Bushtucker time! And we can give you an exclusive glimpse into the first Trial. After the Celebrities returned from their day out at the beach – minus buckets, spades and cuddly toys – they were faced with their first Bushtucker Trial: A Special Delivery. Each team was asked to nominate a camper who would undertake their first head-to-head in a duel for dinner. The Hayemaker was nominated by his team Croc Creek, with Made in Chelsea’s Hugo representing Snake Rock. The mailbox males entered large packing crates, which were then hoisted 100 feet above the shrubs. Hovering above the jungle canopy, the sides and bottoms then fell away, leaving our high-and-not-so-mighty Celebrities dangling like dingbats! On the side of each box were some truly hellish holes, each housing a key which David and Hugo had to retrieve. The competing celebrities then had to collect each key to unlock access to a large button, and the lucky contender who got there first, won. But this being I'm A Celebrity… meant that each key was guarded by a gathering of ghastly jungle critters. ‘I am never putting myself forward for anything like this ever again!’ shrieked Hugo, whilst an apprehensive Haye joked ‘I hope you know I'm allergic to cockroaches by the way - didn't I put that on my form?!’ Both celebrities put their hands in holes containing a collection of critters including cockroaches and rats – but that wasn’t quite the end of their horrifying hole experience – the dangling duo were drenched by a shower of maggots and more cockroaches. This is one delivery that David and Hugo would definately like to return to sender! |

Helen's high wire hell
Published: 11/11/12 Helen Flanagan broke down in tears as she attempted to face her fear of heights… perhaps not so sensibly, on a high wire! Notorious for difficult entrances into the jungle, this year was no different as the Croc Creek crew had to tip-toe across a high wire strung across the camp canopy. The Corrie beauty, who admitted to having a hate for heights, found herself elevated above the rainforest on the narrow wire – the only possible route into camp. Don’t look down, Flanagan! In more high-wire drama, a limp Linda was left hanging after losing her footing and falling high above camp. Did Helen ever make it to the other side? Well, you'll have to tune in... Oh, but don’t worry, Linda wasn’t left hanging… for long. |

Snakes forced to sink or swim
Published: 11/11/12 Whilst Hugo was happily enduring his first ever Bushtucker Trial, the rest of his team of Snakes stumbled across a boat, complete with a set of instructions. 'Use this boat to navigate across the lake,' read Ashley. 'You will need to work as a team because you have 45 minutes to reach the far side. Failure to reach your destination will have immediate repercussions.' Cripes! We wouldn’t want to be a stranded Snake Rocker right now! Ashley, Nadine, Eric and Colin launched the small rowing boat into the water as Nadine took charge. The organised MP immediately rallied the troops. 'I think we need to approach this task strategically and with a little bit of efficiency and organisation' ordered Nadine. Pilot Dorries instructed her fellow teammates to row in rhythm, but this maiden voyage was doomed for disaster. The boat started to sink, landing its crew in the cold water before being well and truly sunk. The four camp mates emerged from the freezing water, cold and bedraggled - a far cry from their regular lifestyles just a few days ago! The on-board Doctor, Colin, stayed optimistic after the whole sodden affair. ‘We're very proud of ourselves,’ he chuffed. ‘We did as well as we could but we did quite well!’ The captain, who didn’t go down with her ship, added ‘I didn't lose my rag but I think I was direct in what I expected other people to be doing." |

ABOVE: Colin Baker and Eric Bristow Tonight’s mission involves constructing a giant 3D jigsaw of their jungle pal while being hindered by electric shocks and critters Daily Star reporter 18th November 2012 By Daily Star reporter THE first “immunity” challenge takes place tonight – when celebs can protect themselves from eviction. Contestants will be paired off into Bush Buddies Forever, tethered together and have to wear matching bandanas and medallions – like Colin and Eric. When one is off doing a challenge the remaining buddy must carry around a cardboard cut-out of their BBF. Tonight’s mission is Making Friends, where the celebs have to construct a giant 3D jigsaw of their jungle pal while being hindered by electric shocks and critters. Two more contests follow and the overall winner will be safe from the first eviction, which is on Wednesday night. |

Had a quick look at wiki, the only time we got a third newbie in the camp was after a cry-off from a celeb, if helen cry's off, has any one any idea has to who the reserve is? I doubt it's anyone good if they put Limahl in first.

Even though some are going to be made immune, there are still great prices for next elimination.
I've backed Linda, Limahl, Hugo and Nadine. Linda may have had a spark of popularity at the beginning but she's quietened down - and with Rosemary now taking the older matriarch vote, the 20/1 I got her for next elim looks fantastic. She's polling pretty badly too. Probably won't go but 20/1 is too good. Don't think Ashley would leave, she's quite popular, she's too short IMO. |

Ashley is nice but bland, who would vote for her, punters that are backing her with their (0ck?
disliked or controversial jungle contestants are likely to get more votes than the invisible Ashley. Hugo is a good looking male with a made in chelsea fan base Linda had enough pre show support to be safe Nadine did well in the trial hated or not I don't think she goes first time |

I think if any of those 4 are not immune, it'll be one of them going - if none of them are up for elimination then that's just bad luck.
Thanks for poopooing it completely mach - who else would you suggest is in danger of the remaining lot? Ashley is relatively popular with viewers and she hasn't taken a backseat at all. Hugo and his 'made in chelsea fanbase' is about as good as saying 'Hugo and his mum' - who watches MIC? Linda, maybe but at 20/1 and polling at about 3% popularity, I think it's worth a punt. Nadine, I have a few doubts but she's hardly the most prominent character is she? Or relatable for the ITV Iceland audience. |
