video is showing long shots when a lot of the interaction will be close up ofc - I can picture exactly how it will look and I'm very happy with that rehearsal. I don't think anyone who likes this song will have lower expectations after that rehearsal than beforehand put it that way

I really loved the Iceland performance. When it went from blue to red, so good!
I cannot wait to see Iceland's performance on the night. I think it's going to be something quite special. The little bits I've seen of the stage in action look very impressive - having the video screen more like set dressing instead of the only background is a great idea. I think it could do without the synchronised hand movements but the LED background is stunning. I think Iceland is pushing against the cliches far too much . All the DS reactions to Icelands rehearsals so far - I'd say they were impressed on the whole  |

yep, clearly Romania one to keep an eye on too.
I might be mad, but I do think Finland or Albania could sneak a top 10 with a good draw. For me there are plenty of the odds on shots in the market that are way underpriced. |

The night this was chosen, I thought we'd found the worst song of the year a I really saw little that I liked in the rather twee almost novelty song. It reminded me of some that a group of girl-guides would sing around the camp-fire and the Indian outfit was laughable. Repeatedly plays have slightly softened my attitude to it. It now reminds of me of the 1960s folks singers like Julie Felix and hopefully the Indian outfit has been thrown on that camp-fire. As for its chances, I still don't see it qualifying, although I wouldn't totally rule it out. AKOE review for Netherlands which seems fair

Netherlands I found quite pleasant based on the 3 second clips released back in January. Since then it’s difficult to remember anything that has irritated me more, maybe save for the large seagull that stands on top of my car every more and makes sure to send it’s yellowy breakfast dribbling down my windscreen before it flies off. Jack of no trades, master of even fewer, I don’t see this cornering many jury, televote or friendly votes. NON QUALIFIER

On the flip side the ESC pre chart have Netherland 16th overall and 6th in their semi so thats a positive
