Something needs to happen - but people have been saying that for years across all markets and nothing does happen - except for people finding more innovative ways to get a time edge.
When they get a fly in the arena - my first thought now is teeny-weeny drone? |

![]() ![]() ![]() The cupboard has never been more bare, though, mate. Cricket must literally be the only sport on BF that isn't shrinking? (granted picture speeds are not solely responsible for that) Of course, that pre-supposes that BF are actually bothered about dwindling numbers.... |

I know Hendry is totally gone at the game but it could get vaguely interesting later against Theppy.
He had that season of reaching multiple Quarter Finals (got into top 16 briefly) and then seems to have gone missing in action with a sequence of DNQ's and first round exits. Wouldn't give Hendry much chance to be honest but it might be a good time to be playing Thep. |

Theppy's always got a miss in him, it's true, but Hendo's scoring's been so bad that Theppy would have to have an absolute stinker, IMHO.
I'd rather take a chance on $hite around a similar sort of price, but he can be beaten before he even starts. And a few where I think the prices are wrong tonight..... Hammad Miah (naff all between them on this season's numbers), Jackson Page (slight gamble that King's heater has turned cold), Hallworth (Sunny isn't a player I often get right and his "sunny" disposition often leaves me wanting to smack the little tw4t, but Hallworth should be fav on the numbers for me), Fan Zhengyi (decent numbers this season, Slessor often underperforms against lesser lights). |

Just looked at the four tables that are on LV tonight.... Good to see that we won't be watching any of those matches that look most interesting

All fair comment - but I can't have White even as a back to lay - fair enough 0:5 h2h versus ROS but 4:21 the frame score

Yeah, He's a 10s poke for a reason. I just don't think the current Ronnie is the same Ronnie who dished out those hammerings.
I suspect we're both trying to force bets where really there are none! |

how the fck can a really talented player like ursenbacher be losing to absolute dross like hancorn?
|
|
By:
sometimes i swear thes elong odds on shots take a dive in certain matches, i have seen hancorn play, he is dire, no offence to him as a person
|

Urse is a loooooong way from being a reliable betting proposition, IMHO. Great potter on his day, but extremely loose and little in the way of a plan b.

You're probably right - I wasn't really planning to play Hendry anyway and even with Theppy now shortening a bit, I still can't bring myself to do it. I'm not looking like getting matched anywhere else. Might take an early bath. GL.

LMFAO, both Ronnie and Theppy win opening frames by centuries to nil. - The Theppy 1.01 backer was a bit premature - but will probably still collect tbf |

That was taken when Theppy was in for 4-0.

5-3 Ronald. $hite just unravelling a bit. Had decent chances in each of the last two frames.

Seemingly nice words from Ronald to $hite at the end there. 6-3.

I was only a little bit wide of the mark thinking it might be a good time to take on Theppy at a short price! He proceeded to embark on probably the fastest journey from 1.16 to 1.01 in the history of BO11 snooker! Clearly struggling with his game at the moment - He managed just the 5 Centuries and 2 x 50+ breaks across the 7 frames! ![]() Good shout on White Lats - I didn't have BF open but I'd guess he must have taken ROS on a journey from 1.10ish to somewhere approaching 1.40 at some point. |

Morning mate,
That's Theppy in a nutshell, though, isn't it? He's devastating when he's on it. But there is no plan B. I did think Hendo would always give too many chances, and it was just a question of whether Theppy took them or not. On this occasion, he did. There was a few hundred matched at sub-4 on White. Think 3.75 was the lowest. Ronnie had already been 1.03 or possibly even touched 1.02 by then, so there was a bit of resistance to his comeback. He's still got game, and I think that's what Ronnie was saying to him at the end. He just has zero self-belief when he needs it the most. You could literally see it draining from him all the way from 4-3 down to the line. When he's good, he's great to watch. Hope he can get back there some day. Typically Miah (circa 5.0 SP) and Fan (3.5ish) won on the tables that weren't televised.... ![]() |
