Work to do but the best potter ever will be winning titles for many years yet.

Enjoy.

Bit more nervy than it shoulda been, but fair play to the lad anyway. The sport really does need him to come good, still looks a bit fragile though. Cant really trust him to fulfil the talent

No not a penny on johnny.

I have backed him for the World title along with a few other hopefuls.

He needs more winning experience, this year maybe too soon but it will come.

Poor loser there Fu, going on about he thought he would only win 1 or 2 etc. No problem to mention being tired but to make several points about it poor form.

Think Trump will have his time now, cannot see any of the  old guard like Ronnie or John or even Selby troubling the quarters let alone the final at the Crucible and perhaps a few shocks are on the way and not before time.

bit of a sore loser was fu last night, saying he was tired etc etc, he did not seem to tired to me when he was skipping round the table in building up a 5-2 lead and he needs to understand that its very hard for any player to perform to their best when they are under pressure.

I read on here a few years ago that  this game will become  saturated under barry hearn and I must admit I now know what they mean.

Was it fair that Fu had to play his s/f Saturday night, a tough encounter that went all the way, while Trump was relaxing back in his hotel room, tweeting away to his hearts content probably, having beaten Carter the previous day? I think he'd have a legitimate complaint on that front.

Of course both s/fs should've been played on teh Saturday but I saw it mentioned that because they had rugby and racing to cover, ITV didn't want any snooker in the afternoon. That's what happens when you let tv companies take control and start dictating schedules.
