Just read your comment about Hendry. Yes I heard it. Perhaps he needs the money  To be fair this table has been playing a bit like a 90s table, certainly its found a few out. Must say that clearance by Ding is up there with Higgins all those years ago. Its very difficult seeing Ding doing shots in a couple of those frames that at best were not what you would expect from a professional player who is trying to shut out a match, no attempt whatsoever to put a red safe, well away from the black when your opponent needs 8 points from it. I know gambling in china is a multi billion pound pass time and arranged results can clear multi millions and he cannot have many fans there who have not lost there hard earned. It has crossed my mind that living here is more a safety issue.  Anyway, its not been a bad tournament and made a few bob for a change so cannot grumble too much and Cheltenham on tuesday and the Crucible little more than a furlong away Life is good  No bets for tonight so will just enjoy the game, be lucky everyone. |

difference is Moondan higgins was in a final frame of a final where dings just made it 2-2 at the interval nowhere near Johns clearance although it was very good sure pros do stuff like that most days in practise
