Trumps side against the UK? Are you feeling alright? I am the most patriotic welshman on this forum.

The clown seems to be almost as mad as Trump. Unfortunately, both have become beyond satire.

How have I sided with Trump against UK lapsy? Even if that were true it wouldn't be evidence of me not being British. Where's the evidence for claiming I am not British? You lefties make assertions like this with zero evidence and then wonder why people don't take your concerns seriously. I thought I was supposed to be the clown.

People should always defend themselves if it makes sense but it doesn't because there's no possibility of a good outcome for them.

is that right? should ukraine have had a referendum post-invasion to discuss the possibility of survival? might be tricky to organise as putins tanks race to kiev and special forces try to kill zelensky

'a good outcome for them'. annexed by putin and then ehtnically cleansed, and a very nasty guerilla war in the west and 20 million more refugees, a puppet state and massive repression just so putin can fulfil his vision of greater russia. thats the outcome

what if you thought they could win? what would you say then? fight with all your might? dont fink so. and they could, but were denied the tools to do so as the top level arms that would have thrown putin out were denied to them for fear of 'escalation'. hence his screams about nuclear weapons. he was terrified of humiliation. the 'special military operation' has endured longer than ww2. some operation

the utter stupidity of this bollox is hard to credit. there would be no war. anywhere. just give it up. you cant win. maybe the u.n. could vote on it and demand the vote-loser surrenders

when the ussr invaded finland everyone thought it was a done deal. but despite the massive difference in numbers the plucky finns fought them off

to follow your 'logic' they shouldnt have bothered. if germany invades belguim? or the u.k. ireland or china taiwan or japan singapore or spain gibraltar or france the channel islands or the u.s mexico, or panama or anywhere it jolly well pleases? cant beat em. just give up. you are an offensive twerp

and an apologist for a neo-hitler. never have i seen from you any criticism of putins capture of state power for his own ends. 26 years and counting, presidents and pm s come and go but putin aint going anywhere. like all dictators, except one, he will die in power

and stop mentioning russia. its not. its putins war

BF since you feel this strongly have you considered going over to Ukraine and volunteering for the front line? I would much rather see the warmongering armchair generals fighting this war than see the Ukrainian men being pressed ganged into it.
By:

When: 13 Oct 26 20:58
nice bit of evasion. i said plenty yet thats all you come up with. its all true isnt it?

im not warmongering. putin is, yet never accused of it. i want it to end. and it will end if ukraine surrenders and gives up its existence or putin dies

you prefer the former

putin apologists should stop lying. they support a brutal dictator who has returned land-war to europe. stop all the lies and diversion about nato and blaming ukraine. putin has given mugs plenty of online propaganda for those who knew nothing about ukraine pre-war, but now talk of ww2 partisans. all supplied by the st petersburg ira

Evading what? I agree Putin is a brutal dictator, that doesn't alter the choices. It's very easy for the armchair generals to send other people to war knowing you don't have to fight it yourself. Are you happy about young Ukrainian men being pressed ganged?
By:

When: 13 Oct 26 21:29
its press-gang

you are being obtuse. you say ukriane should not even be defending their country. they cant win

utter bollox. in that case there would be far fewer countries in the world. russia and china can just take what they want. cant beat em. we would end up with a handful of very big ones swallowing small ones

nato was set up to stop this, hence the baltic states getting in as soon as they freed themselves from the ussr tyranny. without it, its likely putin would have taken them back

as it is, he will annexe belarus and georgia and moldova, who havent managed to get under the nato umbrella. which is why hes holding a chunk of them so he can intervene when they try to act independently. he doesnt like that

thats fine with you isnt it?

You can't answer simple questions BF and that is a sure of sign of people who are not making sincere arguments. Is it OK or not with you for young Ukrainian men to be press ganged?

And you tell me this, if you were walking through Hampstead Heath and chad came along with greater strength and superior weapons and he demanded your wallet would you hand it over? I would hand my wallet over like shot and live to fight another day. Of course I wouldn't be on the heath to start with but that's another matter. Or would you go for the Darwinian award and say no I can't give you my wallet, I am going to pointlessly sacrifice myself fighting you instead because I am in the right and you are morally in the wrong and I have got mates in NATO?
By:

If chad demanded your wallet and your children would you fight to protect your children?

Your scam is to try and pretend nothing in life is worth fighting for.
By:
Ronaldmcdonald
When: 14 Oct 26 11:58
Isn't it the case that there are more children being killed Escapee when you are fighting a war?
By:
lapsy pa
When: 14 Oct 26 12:07
Is there more children being killed today as Starlink appears to be 'turned off' (source BBC) leaving Ukraine fairly defenceless?

Who has ordered that and why?
By:
Ronaldmcdonald
When: 14 Oct 26 12:27
It's a shame Zelensky ignored the energy truce so blatantly his starlink had to be restricted. Zelensky ignored half a dozen US requests to stop attacking Russian oil refineries.
By:
lapsy pa
When: 14 Oct 26 12:29
Do you not think that is because the 'dodgy' ceasefire wasn't being adhered to on the Russian side?
By:
lapsy pa
When: 14 Oct 26 12:32
That anyway is moot, the problem is the Iran war and what Trump has done to the price of oil, Russian refineries don't matter, just an excuse really and a very poor one.
By:

When: 14 Oct 26 12:35
There was no choice with Iran, it's a defensive war.

It's absurd that you expect America not to co-operate with Russia increasing supply lapsy when there's a severe world diesel shortage. And I dare say you will be the first to complain when you can't get any soy products in the supermarket.

Trumpism is blame Ukraine for the war that i started, i don't know why i did  and i never saw the repercussions until it was too late but it's not me and it is all someone elses fault.
I'm not too pushed with the doubanjiang tbh.
By:
Ronaldmcdonald
When: 15 Oct 26 12:40
Irregardless of your preferred bean you require you would be getting less of them without Putin's diesel. TDS bros always want to saw off the branch of the tree they are sitting on.
By:
lapsy pa
When: 15 Oct 26 14:42
Doesn't buying Putins diesel help him in his war against Ukraine and hence causing more deaths?
By:
Ronaldmcdonald
When: 15 Oct 26 15:00
That's up to Zelensky. If Zelensky wanted less deaths he would make a deal lapsy with Putin there and then. Instead of that he's press ganging young men into the meat grinder like its going out of fashion.
By:
lapsy pa
When: 15 Oct 26 15:04
What deal? And you think Putin would abide by it,don't be so naive.
By:
Ronaldmcdonald
When: 15 Oct 26 15:13
Zelensky will obviously need to concede territory there's no two ways about it. If Putin didn't stick to the deal the war would be back on what's naive about that? You think Putin is going to continue to waste precious resources on a war if he can make a deal? He's an evil dictator he's not bonkers.
By:
lapsy pa
When: 15 Oct 26 15:18
I'd see it that he would agree to that (getting territory) but when his 'precious resources' are nearly full again he would want the rest.
By:
Ronaldmcdonald
When: 15 Oct 26 15:36
Unless you have mind reading abilities you don't know lapsy what Putin would do afterwards, but logically it would not make any sense for him to do that.
By:
Busyfool
When: 15 Oct 26 21:45
the attempt to smear zelensky in an existential struggle againt an evil brute trying destroy your country and make it part of his empire is despicable

dictators dont make sense. they are surrounded by yes-men terrified of telling them the truth. see adolf, stalin. mao.on and on

putin isnt wasting 'precious' resorces' hes using criminals released to the front line and north koreans and is trying not to use troops from 'heartland' russia becuase he saw what happened before when thousands of corpses were returned to russia after the afghan disaster. people got quite upset about a needless war they wanted no part of. just like this one

he doesnt give ash1t about human life

and talking of making a deal. how about this one? the budapest agreement signed by russia and ukraine

ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons and in return;

'The Russian Federation reaffirm their obligation to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine, and that none of their weapons will ever be used against Ukraine except in self-defense or otherwise in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations'

hows that going?

thats what any deal is worth. nothing. putin fanboys dont like to talk about it

what a calamity that deal has proved. if ukraine had not signed up to give away their weapons there would be no war. how they must regret that act of naivete and more important, there would be 1 million people not dead becuase of putins megalomania

ronmac a shameful victim-blaming apologist for a fascist brute

I haven't blamed any victims BF, I was speaking FOR the Ukrainian people. I said I don't want them press ganged into fighting a war. What is it with all these armchair generals who want Ukrainians to fight a war you are not willing to volunteer for yourselves, but you tell me if I wrong in saying that, are you going to volunteer for the front line?
