Interesting to see who will lead His Majesty’s Loyal Opposition. Could it be the geezer who did nothing for the Post Masters when he had the chance?

My new local candidate Home Secretary James Cleverly.
Repeatedly lied about opposing  an immigrant detention centre in his constituency, and never answers
questions from his constituency plebs ( his words)
My previous MP Priti Patel might be hated my most, but at least she would get very involved in local affairs,
visit local businesses/charities/jubilee days and send everyone email updates.
Not that I’d ever vote for either of them.

Which big Tory name will lose their seat 1st? A senior Cabinet Minister? Could it even be PM Sunak?

Sunak won the original MPs vote easily. He was miles clear of Truss who scraped into the members ballot by the skin of her teeth. He was far superior to her in debates up and down the country for members. Remember who won.

Rishi Sunak – 137

Liz Truss – 113

Penny Mordaunt – 105

The Tories are about to find out just how angry the public are with their incompetence, corruption and outright lying

Sunak was miles clear, didn't he arrange for some of his voters
to vote for Truss to make sure she beat mourdant
or was that just an urban rumour, and/or buried when
he lost.

Apart from, he didn't. But who needs facts when you have wild conspiracy theories to rewrite history !
