I am sorry but If I am surrounded by armed Police Its open the door Hands on wheel , They knew he had shot someone the night before , was given every chance to Give up continued using a car as a weapon
Who on here in the same position is opening the door to try and get him out ,He would have lasted 5 minutes in the STATES , never mind anywhere else The Man was a Gangster presumed armed ,Using a vehicle as a weapon,Meanwhile we have a female officer battered ,nose Broken and no charges ,There certainly is two tier justice from the CPS People going on about this guys Son , there was a restraining order on him for making contact with the Childs Mother , Sounds like a right piece of Work When I lived in tooting a mate of mine was Surrounded by armed police on the Upper tooting Road ,He didnt start driving the car at them ,Got out of the car and put his arms up He was not shot , and that was Arms related |

I don’t shed a tear for Kabba or his family but I don’t want our cops on steroids popping people like they do in America. Regardless of intent to kill I don’t think the cop followed correct procedure and as a result put his colleagues in jeopardy |

As far as I can see their was no motion to dismiss case for lack of evidence.
I think it's the defences he's brought at the trial that give the doubt to his guilt, leading to not guilty verdict. |

we were not there lads, during evidence gathering, we havent seen the evidence book, we didnt here prosecutor's evidence or barristers defence, or were in jury discussion,
would you have a bet on dog or horse without haven't decent information ? doubt it, lad got cleared. Nobody knows on this forum what happened. |

But following the not guilty verdict handed down on Monday at the Old Bailey, the media should have been able to publish the full details of Kaba’s background. Quite extraordinary, so the people he went to the nightclub with as part of the attack/assassination attempt have since apparently been convicted of attempted murder. And the establishment showing sympathy for the family of the perp. I wonder why that might be ?

grand jolly no problems ive no strong opinions on this, i don't know much about it. However there must have been strong evidence in somebody's opinion to take case to murder, maybe they got it wrong, GL to lad that walked. He can't get tried again regardless what comes out later on. It's over, and if you support lad, keep it handy move on.

the english prosecutors and jury convicted the birmingham 6 and guilford 4, despite secret information saying "they didn't do this we done it" so i'm not saying english prosecutors are great guys but neither are british jurys.

the prosecutor's knew for a fact they didn't do Guilford or Birmingham, so did the cops, but they went ahead and the prosecutors went and produced lies and the thick jury jailed them.
So don't tell me about british justice. |

Ffs I looked up last year a stat on the MET’s armed response. They get called out on average about 11 time A DAY! In London. How many shoot people dead? Or even fire at all? If anyone wants the epitome of reckless shooting watch the clip of this guy with his hood up carrying his shoulder purse handbag this with a gun in it (great club this is) and fires it in the middle of a group of onlookers….then chases him into the street continue to fire. That’s ’trigger Happy’. |

1 guy goes to shooting training, how to operate a weapon and take somebody out when things get hectic, shooting the guy plum through the head The other is just some chancer who runs around firing indiscriminately and still misses the kill shot. |
