if you really think cops can shoot people when they want without investigation go and live in north korea or russia

I am sorry but If I am surrounded by armed Police Its open the door Hands on wheel , They knew he had shot someone the night before , was given every chance to Give up continued using a car as a weapon
Who on here in the same position is opening the door to try and get him out ,He would have lasted 5 minutes in the STATES , never mind anywhere else The Man was a Gangster presumed armed ,Using a vehicle as a weapon,Meanwhile we have a female officer battered ,nose Broken and no charges ,There certainly is two tier justice from the CPS People going on about this guys Son , there was a restraining order on him for making contact with the Childs Mother , Sounds like a right piece of Work When I lived in tooting a mate of mine was Surrounded by armed police on the Upper tooting Road ,He didnt start driving the car at them ,Got out of the car and put his arms up He was not shot , and that was Arms related |

Or Israel, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Russia, China or Amrika!
By:
Should be a full investigation Prior to charges being brought , was there ?
By:
Try the States WD , more people shot by police there than any other country
By:
Like I said they don’t know their history and they don5 know the law!
I don’t shed a tear for Kabba or his family but I don’t want our cops on steroids popping people like they do in America. Regardless of intent to kill I don’t think the cop followed correct procedure and as a result put his colleagues in jeopardy |
By:
There was a full investigation!
The CPS found enough evidence to charge him with murder! |
By:
Shame they seem to have strange Findings after these Investigations
Jimmy saveloy and Al Fayed Come to mind No action taken in either case |
By:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_killings_by_law_enforcement_officers_in_the_United_Kingdom
8 others have been killed by the Police since Mr Kaba I have not heard of any of them |
By:
The police collect the evidence to pass to cps
If Al f, or Jim s, has a few mates down the station then cps won't see full evidence |
By:
stay on topic lads, yer man got off with shooting somebody dead, GL, he must have good barrister or prosecutors were not on their game in court, for some reason or another
![]() jury made decision might be full of thick cants, who knows ? |
By:
As far as I can see their was no motion to dismiss case for lack of evidence.
I think it's the defences he's brought at the trial that give the doubt to his guilt, leading to not guilty verdict. |
By:
nice car for a 25 year old construction worker to be driving
By:
Cider I don't know a lot about the case
yer man got off with shooting somebody dead jury made decision might be full of thick cants ![]() |
By:
jury not full of take the knee types more likely, the CPS will be though
By:
we were not there lads, during evidence gathering, we havent seen the evidence book, we didnt here prosecutor's evidence or barristers defence, or were in jury discussion,
would you have a bet on dog or horse without haven't decent information ? doubt it, lad got cleared. Nobody knows on this forum what happened. |
By:
All the facts are known
By:
have you seen court transcript ? might be for worth watching if you have

statement from ipos and cps today, Frank Ferguson, Head of the CPS Special Crime and Counter Terrorism Division, said: "First and foremost I want to say that my thoughts and those of the CPS remain with the family of Chris Kaba. there was no mention about the police officers family
By:
Or the people he shot a few days prior.
By:
Chris Kaba’s family tried to gag the press from reporting the full details of his violence and criminality, it can now be reported.
None of the evidence about his gang connections or his role in the Hackney nightclub shooting was known to the jury in the trial of Martyn Blake, the police officer accused of murdering him. But following the not guilty verdict handed down on Monday at the Old Bailey, the media should have been able to publish the full details of Kaba’s background. However, reporting restrictions remained in place after the family made an 11th-hour application to the trial judge Mr Justice Goss. That will be a blow to the Gofundme. |
By:
Quite extraordinary, so the people he went to the nightclub with as part of the attack/assassination attempt have since apparently been convicted of attempted murder. And the establishment showing sympathy for the family of the perp. I wonder why that might be ?
By:
Family were shouting that Police don't care about 'our people' yesterday. And thank goodness for that.
By:
200 at vigil - now having counseling .
By:
you are seriously missing point here lads or as thick as fcuck or just pretending to be thick. Cap fits wear it.
By:
@MALAY, the jury heard all the evidence and didnt take too long to reach a not guilty verdict.
By:
They'll be taking Rentokil operatives to court next.
By:
grand jolly no problems ive no strong opinions on this, i don't know much about it. However there must have been strong evidence in somebody's opinion to take case to murder, maybe they got it wrong, GL to lad that walked. He can't get tried again regardless what comes out later on. It's over, and if you support lad, keep it handy move on.
By:
the english prosecutors and jury convicted the birmingham 6 and guilford 4, despite secret information saying "they didn't do this we done it" so i'm not saying english prosecutors are great guys but neither are british jurys.
By:
the prosecutor's knew for a fact they didn't do Guilford or Birmingham, so did the cops, but they went ahead and the prosecutors went and produced lies and the thick jury jailed them.
So don't tell me about british justice. |
By:
It's a good job plod didn't shoot dead those Irish lads.
Plenty would have been praising them at the time. Same with that Brazilian lad on the tube, but the woman who fecked that up got promoted to lead the met. What could go wrong... |

Even dotery old Jezza Corbyn appears to have given up his support for the aspiring architect and loving family man.

‘Trigger happy’ cops and ‘firing willy billy’
Ffs I looked up last year a stat on the MET’s armed response. They get called out on average about 11 time A DAY! In London. How many shoot people dead? Or even fire at all? If anyone wants the epitome of reckless shooting watch the clip of this guy with his hood up carrying his shoulder purse handbag this with a gun in it (great club this is) and fires it in the middle of a group of onlookers….then chases him into the street continue to fire. That’s ’trigger Happy’. |
By:
‘Willy nilly’ (iPad doesn’t like colloquial English)
By:
men carrying handbags to start with should be stop and search
By:
laugh exhibits this incredulous brainwashing now that someone with black skin must be a victim. not his fault. what he is guilty of, not his fault. armed gangster terrorised people for a living. not his fault. even one who will go armed up into a nightclub and cowardly shoot other people with black skin. not his fault. deliberately drove at armed police and got shot. not his fault. but but but, racism. I'm embarrassed for laugh.

Why make stuff up...
Time after time, lose an argument, come back with imagined carp... |
By:
oh right, so you now think it was his own fault he got shot in the head? a screeching u turn, but better late than never!
By:
Lol another made up argument, you really are desperate today.
By:
You got to admit that’s the difference in training
1 guy goes to shooting training, how to operate a weapon and take somebody out when things get hectic, shooting the guy plum through the head The other is just some chancer who runs around firing indiscriminately and still misses the kill shot. |
