He holds the principle of law and the electorate in contempt. I don't particularly like Starmer, he's a bit nasal and watered down. But would he be a better PM than Johnson? Almost certainly, Yes!

Let’s not kid ourselves as a country we are in deep doo doo

Starmer has no solutions and I very much doubt anybody else does either.

I am just enjoying the show quite honestly

The reality of this situation does not need thinking about. £ below $1.20 and falling

What puzzles me is the apparent "anger" of tory supporters, Backbenchers and voters. Yet they put him in place. They must have known what he was. It's the sensible people who spoke or voted against him who should feel betrayed and angry at his subsequent failures.

What us really outrageous is that if Pincher by name did not get drunk and grope 2 men in a Mayfair Club, Doris would still be in control

Imagine how many billions we would have saved by not giving our money to Tory cronies.

Boris defeated the Remoaners, Des. They'll never take that away from him Cool

Re-watching the exit poll coming through on that amazing night back in December 2019 still produces that warm and fuzzy feeling. Oh what a night, so much salt mined in so little time Happy

Pincher what a sh!t he is! Alledgedly sexually assaulted two people. And he thinks it was little more than him "embarrassing himself".

Charlie is claiming Boris bankrupted the country, one assumes he feels a Labour gvnt would not have. So, luckily or unluckily for us, we had a Labour gvnt in charge on a nation for all of covid. So it's a very fair comparison to draw on.

Well the Tories have bankrupted the economy - this is a fact. You seem to assume that the Labour Party wouldn't have. You're just talking whataboutery again.

You're right about that cider. Whether it was a good thing, I'm not so sure. Things are very difficult now for businesses with the amount of red tape and staff shortages caused by brexit - and fuel prices, which can't be laid at the door of brexit, in all honesty - but all the lies and deceipt have been damaging to the country, i don't think that is in doubt, really.

Johnson's Brexit Party have brought us 11% inflation rate.

Populism always fails because of inflation.

you cannot escape financial realities.  You can lie and lie and lie about anything you like and often get away with it, but if you tell people they have more money than they actually have, they're going to spot it.

It's the economy.
