rasputin is a 22-year dictator and president for life. he uses the judiciary to close down all opposition and his secret police to break every international law. he exports corruption and and mayhem. he murders all who stand up to him, wherever they are. he bullies and attacks small states like the baltics with massive cyber-warfare, interferes in foreign elections, pours out millions of false messages from troll farms while cracking down on his own media. he ignores agreements, manufactures grievances and complains the west is out to get him. like everything he says, its all lies. he faces no threat from ukraine, or nato. what he fears is a free ukraine that shines a light on his grotesque kleptocracy that has massively enriched him and his chums, who use the state as a giant piggy bank. its no accident that he stole crimea in 2014 the year after ukraine made noises about joining the well-known agressive nazi organisation, the e.u. that was it for him. thats when we should have done everything we could to stop him. instead we came up with mealy-mouthed platitudes and he laughed. he only respects power. 8 years on he is emboldened by appeasement. it didnt work with adolf, and wont here. hes on record as saying ukraine is not a real country and belongs to russia. hes been biting off bits of ukraine ever since. the nonsense about nato is a red herring. his actions in the baltic have made sweden nervous and they are beefing up their armed forces and thinking of joining nato. whys that? because nato is a defensive alliance and its founding principle is that no member will attack another, and if one is attacked, then all the others will defend it. that why rasputin hates it. he had to act to stop ukraine even getting near it, even though it was a long way off. the ukraine was once the 3rd largest nuclear weapons power. it gave them up in return for 'assurances' of its territorial integrity(nb, not guarantees) and a pledge that it would be supplied with cheap russian gas. and it was, until it made overtures to the e.u. then rasputin cut it off. how the ukraine must regret being deceived into giving up its nuclear capability. we wouldnt be here otherwise. according to giuseppe rasputin is just doing what he can. but bidet is an idiot and he is the problem. course he is. giuseppe is a fool, liar, or russian bot. albeit a badly programmed one. |

and fyi. the u.s. pumped zillions into russia after the collapse of the ussr. it treated it as a wounded animal that needed help. why do you think the baltic states could not wait to join nato? i will tell you. they feared rasputins revanchism. and with good reason. he said the end of the ussr was a 'catastrophe'. they dont see it that way. theyve all been attacked by massive russian cyber-warfare since they declared independence. why did russia do this? are they scared of estonia? nato is a defensive alliance. it has no interest in 'bases'. unlike russia. it does not engage in cyber-warfare. unlike russia. its members have no intention of attacking others. unlike russia. nor do they murder all opponents. unlike russia. no nato member is a kleptocracy, unlike russia. i use russia as a synonym for rasputin. the russian people are immiserated by him, and have no access to independent media. navalny will die in jail. what do you say about that? nothing. i pity the russian people but hate rasputin and his cronies. russia should be the richest state in the world but all the wealth is concentrated in the hands of rasputins chums. deny that you fool. |

If Putin had not set about polluting the world with cyber attacks on democracy, or spent much time and money wrecking democratic elections, or spent billions of ordinary Russian people’s money on corrupting other nations and supporting and funding international crime, or sending hit men armed with chemical weapons to kill us Brits, or invaded and annexed The Crimea, or supported the evil dictator Assad causing huge numbers of deaths in Syria, or killing political opponents at home and abroad, all,of these things are clearly true as well, then maybe the Americans would not be required to treat Putin as their enemy. |

yes it was very fond of Russia when the country was weak and ruled by Yeltsin not so keen when things changed under Putin the US has been expanding further and further east since 1990 why is it doing this? why aren't they expanding into Africa? what strategic value does Estonia have for NATO? is it to counter China? they have had Russia under sanctions for years and have been trying to stop nord stream, vital for the russian economy, for years are you surprised Putin sees them as hostile |
