Watched "Dig Deeper". Boring 3/10
About an unsolved murder of woman in Germany 1989

Finding it hard to find interesting docs on there nowadays
With fresh subject matter I mean (my fault as crime docs are all I watch really)

Kinda `crime` is `The Line`, the story of a US Seal accused by his own soldiers of killing Afghani civilians, willy-nilly, which became quite the cause celebre, with The Don taking up the case. When I first saw that it was four, one hour long, episodes, I thought, `no`, but I gave it a try, and it held my interest throughout

Watched `The Rescue` last night, telling the story of the teenage football team trapped in caves in Thailand., very good, even if we know the final outcome already. One quite shocking detail in how they rescued the boys, that I hadn`t known, which I won`t spoil by talking about it. And the whole rescue was led by two social misfit Brit wierdos

Aah, that`s probably because it`s not a Netflix product; it`s only new this year, and is up for an Oscar. It`s on my Mag box (about £14 a month, it has everything Sky has, plus much much more, STOP with giving Sky £100-odd a month!), and a friend saw it on Disney Plus, if you have that.

The arrival of the final series of the superlative Better Call Saul is the only reason I still have Netflix.

The Twinder Swinder.... A good 'drama'

But it reminded me of the 'Free the Weatherfield one' storyline from coronation street about 20 years ago.

Got through two episodes of 'Inventing Anna' before deciding that a 20 minute read of Wikipedia would fill in the rest. Not recommended.

Will try out 'The Puppet Master' tonight; thanks for that one case

The Madrid Bombings Doc on there very interesting , the Spanish Gov tried to blame ETA to stave off defeat at the upcoming Election ..

Of  course it was the usual filthy articles involved , Spain had promoted and taken  part in the Iraq invasion , Government suffered a heavy defeat

when all was revealed .

I'm currently midway through the second (of 3) series of 'Travelers' which I will confess I'm quite enjoying. 2017 I think so I guess a few of you have already dabbled.

Just checked it out guys. A single 90 min documentary, which has to be worth a watch. Will probably get into that one tonight.

I'm currently ploughing my way through 'Brooklyn Nine Nine' which I'm finding quite funny; now on Series 4, which is rare for me. Great time filler at approx. 20 minutes per episode.

1988.. I had no recollection of these events in Germany, surprised something this bizarre didn't travel back then. Pretty sure it would today.

I wont say anymore as I'll spoil it for anyone about to give it a watch...

I've actually only seen a few clips of that show, like the Max scene that uses Running Up That Hill. Certainly great music can massively enhance a viewing experience.

That's bad news Emit. Get well soon.

I too tailed off with Stranger Things, but that's not unusual for me as I rarely finish drawn out shows. Good to see Kate back in the charts though. I don't know why as it is not usually my type of music, but I did like the Placebo cover too... haunting.
