Shouldn't they all resign?

Unanimous decision that they were wrong. Incapable of reading the law

Not at all, that's why you have an appeal system.

It was a contentious matter, with little precedent to rely on, they delivered a verdict that they believed was correct.
Upon appeal, with a representation of the relevant evidence, the wiser and more experienced heads of the Supreme Court found differently.

They are wrong because it is wrong to insist that is a different reason that boris prorogued

He gave a reason. , the reason was legal

Anything else is conjecture and open to political bias ( from the judges and others)

If the reason he gave was illegal fair enough

It wasn’t

You must always question the motives behind the judges

That what the judges themselves have done in this case

They haven’t stuck to the law , they’re gone beyond that

So their motives likewise must be questioned
Report n88uk September 24, 2019 5:24 PM BST
They have stuck to the law, it's very clearly stated in their judgement.
Report lfc1971 September 24, 2019 5:25 PM BST
that’s a matter of judgement , and I agree with the high court judges and the attorney general that their judgement was wrong
Report lfc1971 September 24, 2019 5:27 PM BST
I’ve said why
Report n88uk September 24, 2019 5:28 PM BST
And the highest judges in the land have said why they are wrong.
Report lfc1971 September 24, 2019 5:31 PM BST
That’s true , I think their judgement in this case is wrong
Report lfc1971 September 24, 2019 5:33 PM BST

I don’t
Report lfc1971 September 24, 2019 5:46 PM BST
Don’t think we had a Supreme Court until fairly recently

Need to look at the political background and indeed views  of judges certainly in cases such as this
with political aspects that they might be biased towards

It really is an excellent judgement/ piece of work. I read it this afternoon.

Given the complexity 24 pages was actually quite concise. But it was very logical, very well constructed and readable. Note that nobody has found fault with the judgement from that perspective...... just the political accusations.

And, as I've said elsewhere it means Johnsons/Cummings/Rees-Mogg/Cox attempt to shutdown parliament cannot be repeated.
Report lfc1971 September 24, 2019 6:58 PM BST
If it’s not clear to the general public , and not clear to high court judges , and not clear to
the attorney general

Then it is safe to say wherever wallflower thinks it’s an excellent piece of work and logical
can be taken with a pinch of salt
Report Wallflower September 24, 2019 7:03 PM BST
Its very clear -  Johnson acted unlawfully.  End of.

Hope that helps.
