For the moment, although I follow polls closely, I am treating them all with a huge pinch of salt.  There are some unbelievable figures being reported. I had a look at the Ipsos Mori poll eealier above that you have posted and do you know that the Scottish subsample has the SNP at 55%?

Maybe but..

SNP 55%
Lab 15%
Con 12%
LibDem 8%

is a bit optimistic, even for them.

Awful council election results for labour as well 10-15% loss in votes, held most of their seats but now become marginal some of them...

A by-election where the result is almost always very tight indeed, and UKIP usually do well (BNP used to do wellish before them) but they didn't stand this time- yet Labour held it in a straight fight with the tory candidate. This doesn't fit easily into your narrative thegig' ?

I think gigg is referring to last nights Council elections. No party came out with any glory with Labour doing the worst. LibDem did fairly well and so did the Conservatives in taking the Thurrock seat. Their candidate was David Van Day, the former Dollar singer.

Another disastrous poll for labour down 4% 34% tories remaining on 38%,how can they possibly be losing grund ar this stage just beggars belief,if corbyn doesn't at least back the referendum as promised then that would be the end even if it didn't go ahead he cannot vote with the tiries would be politivcal suicide..

How does Corbyn do it? Even now he's significantly more
disliked that Theresa May! Suspect he'd come off worse in
a popularity poll even if his opponent was a dose of rampant
dysentery.

Corbyn is in denial. Labour is still owned by the establishment, Blairites rule again. They are not respecting the leave votes of the working class. Lexit is dead and buried.

Do you remember "Lexit the movie" made just ahead of the referendum? How much of this do they now want to implement?
Here it is, one hour of it.

A couple of local council elections last night...
Clackmannanshire Central (Clackmannanshire) first preferences:

SNP: 40.9% (+2.6)
LAB: 31.9% (-8.0)
CON: 19.8% (+3.2)
UKIP: 3.3% (+3.3)
GRN: 2.5% (-2.7)
LDEM: 1.7% (+1.7)

SNP HOLD.

Usual trend, SNP up, Labour down. Quite a good result for conservatives here.

Wallington North (Sutton) result:

LDEM: 38.2% (-7.7)
CON: 26.1% (+0.5)
IND: 14.0% (+14.0)
LAB: 11.1% (-5.6)
GRN: 6.1% (-2.3)
UKIP: 3.8% (+0.5)
CPA: 0.6% (+0.6)

Liberal Democrat HOLD.

LibDem will be pleased to hold but disappointed in vote share. Pretty good result again for tories but poor for Labour.

if it was squeaky bum time he would likely stay away

more likely he senses victory and fancies some of it.

no doubt polls will be compared to measure his impact!
