Just a quick update for jinzo, cgull69, and others who contacted me privately, I have raised a query with the Promotions Team about tickets for the first freeroll not being issued to players who should have had them, and also the fact jinzo queried this to no avail with the Helpdesk.
Someone is looking into it and I will update you once I hear back. |

I have spoken with both the Ongame and Betfair Promo teams about this promotion and the issue in most cases is that people have not wagered enough to qualify. Qualification to this particular promo was to earn 50 Player Points by playing two tables simultaneously. Any points earned whilst not playing two or more cash game tables will not count. Apologies if you have been affected by this. Please contact our help desk if you would like them to investigate further(via Ongame)and apologies for any inconvenience. If you have any other issues please let me know. |

I have a sneaky suspicion they are only counting your first 2 tabling session and not your entire days play, but cant prove this as I only get a betfair points statement and not a player points one. This does not differentiate between stts and cash, so although I generated 500 points that day I cant prove how many were gained playing cash.
There were definitely issues with the live STT leaderboard for the promotion running 5-6-7 December over the first 12 hours, where points totals were increasing and then decreasing, and in my case not appearing at all until about 11 am. 3 people attempted to interpret the formula they were using to calculate how many points youwould get for winning a30 man stt ( which had to be lifted off the BWIN site ! ) and all 3 of them got vastly different totals. The bottom line is that you either trust Ongame to generate accurate data and publish it, or you dont. If you don't then its pointless spending time and money on any promotion they run. The only other one I will enter is the one where you have to play at least 10 stts in a day , because at least that is something you can prove you have done. Why everything has to be so fking complex is beyond me.  |

Sorry Chipfire but they don't seem to care about promoting the Live Events or those travelling miles to get to them I remember at LIVE! Vienna there was only myself and one other registered for the High Rollers and they had to cancel. What a joke.

think the 1st night it was running behind, but the last nigh tit seemed to b going up almost in real time.
it just proves that if they wanted 2 bf probably could do the same with their's and then cut out the cr ap that happens with it from time to time. |
