Want to change my resolution to winning just 1 pre flop all in. Running like an absolute dog with 2 out rivers time after time. On P0ker Strs - I cannot win an all in pre flop with any hand (mind you was the same in 2009 on that friggin site) with AA/KK/AK v any 2 rags in huge pots. Not going well on IPN either - yuck I really wanna kick the cat
 Just busted out of $50k toruney near bubble on PS with big stack, AA in BB and obv chip leader raises my blind all in with 8Q pre flop from SB and hits a flush in huge pot. So far about £2k down in just 2 days of playing, sigh. Roll on 2012  |

Thanks Kieth, not many affordable hotels around the area. I don't really want to spend more on a hotel than the tournament buy in
 I've 2 lined up not far away, reading tripadvisor atm on the reviews.I'll check that site for prices. |

was toying with going. i'm low stakes average player but this my new years resolution to experience a proper tourny. replaces my annual football match. does anyone know what time starts at? not sure if 3 nights needed or 2. |

i take it back.
go to a hostel for 2 nights.there are loads for £12 a night. you will be in a dorm in a bunk bed with loads drunk aussies and swedish girls. if playing poker till 3am it is ideal. |

1pm start afaik Moo. I'm flying in on Saturday morning at 9am to Luton and flying home at 3pm on Monday 2 nights. There's always the game on Sunday if your KO'd and always plenty of STT or cash if you want it. You can always watch or booze when your out and Soho isn't far away
 I've only played a few decent MTT's but if you want to enjoy the night either plan for a close by hotel or a taxi. Bingo, do you really think I could be annoyed with an 18 year old Aussie on heat at my age  |

think we from same neck of woods - I'm Bangor, you east Belfast? and thx bingo, might even head for a hostel. oldest swinger in town, but for the time i'm there, who cares. |

managed my first cash of the year. 40th in the turbo donkament had 9.30. That was only after getting them all in pre with KK vs KJ and splitting.
Have got murdered in the plo8. the same fella must have donked me 3 times. 14/224 in the 50r on st ars and 7/60 in bf 10K, so life is good at the mo |

down 312 pounds last nite when had a sick beat,1 of the co diners ordered another round of liquers after the meal and it was my turn to pick up the tab.but hey some nites go like that.going to the football today so have a good day in front of the computers.o and that door banging sound is your partner/family going out to do something interesting.gl

Finally found a bit of form. Finished 9th in the Russian daily for $171, won the $1k pl omaha turbo SH $11 buyin for $270 and came 13th in the 9.30 pm $12k turbo for $159. Survived the bubble in the last, blinds 2500/5000, I ve got 13000 chips, I raise utg with KK to 10,000 trying to tell all I've got a monster. Matey on 11k in chips goes all in, everyone else out. I obviously call. He shows KQ suited, makes flush on the river. I'm gone next hand. Hopefully can move on from this.

Not running well today. Busted out of 2 rebuys here (betfair/ongame) with stacks in 10-12 BB region both premium pairs stacking off to smaller pairs all in pre-flop. Also busted out of Russian daily with my $54 ticket.
Though beat the bubble on my 1/4m stars satellite so have a ticket for that. Will try the 1900 and 1920 Rebuys. Klups ILPPC @ 1945 and 2015 $22 tourney. |

Cheers Ovalman.4th break still in but been card dead whole session. 10,000 chips, 135 of 222, 220 get paid. Big stack on our table on 50,000 chips knows this and raising/shoving all the time. Still in 7pm rebuy to. 221 of 624, 18,000 chips.
