Try entering into extended email correspondence with the thick fecks; bad grammar, inappropriate use of capital letters and multiple punctuation marks would quickly recede into the background that is lies, half-truths and evasions.

i sadly know the feeling.
they miscalculated my cake once, allegedly overpaying me, and the emails that followed drained me of the will to live, so i gave up the fight as the amount of money i was after wasn't worth deteriorating mental health and anguish caused from suffering them. not to mention i was worried their stupidity would rub off on me.
and as you said, it was the lies and half truths that was the worst thing.

I'm still in the early stages of puzzlement and annoyance, with one very specific question asked several times, and answers coming back - zero.

I started requesting daily cheques from betfair a few years ago, think your only allowed one a week now. But they just used to process the first one and bump the rest back to my account.

One puzzle is that Betfair do read these threads, (I know because I got into trouble for copying in, an email from them) - and yet nothing improves: nothing. They must see on a daily basis what a laughing stock they've become, but just kind of accept it.
If I was as bad at my job as these clowns, which thankfully I'm not, I would be absolutely mortified to see it laid out in public the way it is.
But Betfair Poker - it's like, 'Shrug. Yeah. Whatever'.

Maybe they have a high turnover of staff, maybe they get frustratd that they can't make changes.

At least most of you have had played poker for years. I have only played for barely five months and Betfair's customer service (it isn't) is even more terrible for beginners. I have just phoned them about a mtt and she did not know how many rebuys, add ons there were and when you could rebuy etc. The information was not on the site and I have only played a few, months ago. She said she would call me back ( they always say this, but never do), but surely she should know this simple question?

The rpoblem is their poker side is organised from Malta and the customer service is in the UK and there isnt much communication between the two./

Good luck Annie with Betfair Customer Services - but frankly, you're doomed. They don't have a clue; and worse still they don't care that they don't have a clue.

Totally agree, lisa, that is what annoys me as well. They do not care that they are rubbish.

I started playing poker in September and the site was terrible for beginners, so I rang them thinking they would help but all you get is ' I don't know, I will have to forward on your query and get back to you ' - which they don't. How can a customer service department not know how to deal with an enquiry from a beginner? It is the same now, if I do not know something then they don't either - so what good are they?

The things I complained about are still not fixed, five months later.
