I for one would have stuck with McCown last week.....was playing very well.
By:
Yeh nice cardy! Lol!
By:
The way Mccown played vs cowboys I'd of defo stuck with him even allowing for the tragic defence he was against . But that wouldn't of gone down well with the top brass at soldier field!
By:
I used to get dogs abuse on here for saying Cutler wasn't very good
By:
His attitude certainly doesn't help permanently got a face like a slapped back side! Can't imagine he's popular in dressing room!
By:
I agree.....this thing about you don't lose you're placer due to injury is nonsense. If you can't play due to injury, suspension or whatever and the replacement plays better than you did, then no contest. You get "your" place back if he lose form, or get injured in turn. Thought the Bears were buzzing with McCown
By:
cutler's too all or nothing for my liking. Same in this game now that he has to throw it. You're expecting him to either bring them right back into it with big plays, or to throw his interceptions and the bears get blown out. Nothing in between/sensible game management.
Defo overrated imo - along with rivers and romo. |
By:
I agree werthecardinals...hate his in game persona.
By:
Romno is not overrated ffs
By:
Romo
By:
romo is massively overrated - or should I say was. Most people have woken up to his level nowadays tbh.
By:
Forget ability but just look at the difference between rogers attitude and that of cutler! I'm already salivating at the thought of rogers going up against cutler next week! Probably be Mccown vs Flynn! Lol!
By:
Romo is a genius for getting this side beyond 500. His offense line is iffy, his defense is utterly appalling and the play calling is dreadful to say the least. Romo should be MVP
By:
I actually think romos improving!! Lol! I'm not sure how many other qbs would have got the cowboys into the last week with a chance to win the division!
By:
Posted at the same time clay lol!
By:
And that was gutsy from Romo today. He was clearly injured and hurting
By:
he's done a decent job this year - I'm not saying he's bad. Just that at one point he was very overrated. People used to talk him up along the elite QBs which he simply is not.
By:
No way cowboys coaching staff survives this season no matter what happens from here out. Like clay said the play calling is diabolical at times on offence and the defence isn't even worth a me toon it's non existent!
By:
..... I'm trying not to be biased.....but what will the pace of Eagles defense do to Cowboys next week
- here's hoping.I don't think I'm going to be able to watch live next week.....will avoid result (easy enough, I'll be driving in the morning)....but watch first thing, as a fan, no punting. Kind of looking forward to it |
By:
*eagles offense to Cowboys defense*
By:
Cowboys been criticised for binning rob ryan but how bad is the saints defence late in games?! Just get gashed all the time when the games on the line!
By:
Saints Def not as bad as last year though - I think Rob Ryan has done pretty well TBH
By:
If we score first wallflower we,ll win next week it's that simple! Lol! If only! Not quite maybe but I think if we can get up and the way we run it will make it hard for cowboys.
By:
Saints defence last year was dead last the only way was up!
By:
Here comes the comeback.
By:
.... its something Cowboys would need to be wary of....the Eagles fast start and Cowboys find themselves 14 or 21 down early
. I'm serious.... |
By:
Assuming nothing untoward happens 2nd half how do we all price up next weeks big 2 games in Chicago and Dallas?
By:
Cowboys are fcuked, so are Bears if Rodgers is playing, otherwise Bears have a chance
By:
ill say cowboys minus 1 and bears minus 4 but if rogers plays more likely a pick em. Ok I'll prepare to be ridiculed! Lol!
By:
If these were the lines I'd be all over eagles and pack for the record as I defo make eagles fav!
By:
Mike's shirt is awful tonight
By:
.... I love his shirt
, think I want one |
By:
if Chicago came back to win here, would it be the most unlikely comeback in NFL history?
By:
nope, last week, Cowboys Packers......and many more
By:
Cowgirls are the early 2.5 favs over the Eagles - wow, just wow
By:
And Jay Cutler saves me again. Overs in.
Still a bad night. |
By:
impressed by chicago tonight, tight game, effective in both offence and defence, really wanted to win division. but why are they playing i green?
By:
How did the Eagles get on against the Cowboys earlier in the season?
By:
Swagger - I wrote about that game when it happened. Cowboys won in a low scoring game. Which is amazing in itself when u think just how awful both secondaries are. Foles went off concussed late in the game but I swear he was concussed before or not long into the game as it was one of the worst QB displays I have ever seen - and I have witnessed a few. Before or since, Foles has been excellent. Reliable. In that game? No idea what happened. But it was inept. I can only assume his head was spinning
By:
I remember Clay. Foyles was so bad in that game and the Eagles were terrible that I wrote them off this season then they go onto prove me wrong ever since. Interesting game next week, it's almost like the way the Cowboys have played in recent weeks, the unprofessional way they chucked away good leads and the circus act in house compared to the dynamic interesting approach adopted by the Eagles that I wouldn't be surprised if the Cowboys randomly pulled it off when least expected
