I usually go to 3-4 games a season. Was fortunate enough to score a pair of tickets to the first game against the Blues during the playoffs a couple seasons back. GM Place (Rogers Arena) is a great place for the games. Hardly a bad seat in the house unless your eyeline is lined up with the top of the netting. |

Yeah, never sat in the upper bowl myself. But only seen three games there. Had Calgary/Vacouver playoff tix the year they beat us in 7 but sold them for a nice profit.

First loss of the season on Buffalo. With any liquidity should have been able to trade out, especially being 2-0 up.
Probably just going to avoid the Vancouver game and just watch as a fan. |

No, Canucks, didn't watch it although I did see highlights. I dot bother with CFL unless its the Lions in the playoffs and even then wouldn't go out of my way to watch.

Sorry, got my wires crossed. Kings play the Thrashers tonight in their home opener. I still like the Kings in this spot. The Avs play Detroit in Detroit after traveling from Philly.

Think from a scheduling viewpoint this is a good match up for Kings and they'll be disappointed not to see off a not too healthy Thrashers , Wings look in determined mood at the moment with a point to prove , don't think they liked seeing all those banners in Chicago the other night and even greater motivation if they needed it.
Problem for me tonight is twofold , prices look spot on and also the prices are bordering on the no bet for me , that rules out playing the Wings game but will look again at Kings later , second problem is staying awake after lasting out until 5.30am last night for the Jets & Canucks triumphs , need plenty of coffee. That's the last time i'm staying up until 6am for three consecutive nights , only just woke up and feel like i've been run over.
It took Kings a while to get going on the home debut with the added emotion that brings but as potential goes they appear a different level to Thrashers and will improve immensely for that game. Didn't get involved in the Wings game as the odds around 1.5 are always a no-go area for me in this unpredictable sport , they we're 3-1 ahead so probably missed a dirt cheap lay when I nodded off for an hour during the game. Some good games tonight & speak later |
