Certain the bookies will have them around 1.8/1.9 in regulation after using the usual matrix for pricing up , bookies know they'll lay the big names and consequently they're always put in a tad too short , must admit over the last couple of seasons Caps are my best profit team by some distance although I never back them but just try to be selective in laying them and sometimes trade their live games with bookmakers.
Let's see what happens on Wednesday ![]() |
By:
Btw, never seen before somebody can steal someone's stick and then score with it. Ryan did that in 2nd for Ducks against Wild as he stole M.Koivu's stick. What made that incident more interesting was Ryan plays with his right hand down and M.Koivu is a lefty!

Wings v Kings 2(ml)
Sens v Trashers Over5,5 Sharks v Stars Over 5,5 Also interested in Preds but the price is too low for them. I was also a bit keen on Sens (they have a huge price) but Trashers' pretty good record lately did scare me off. |
By:
Confirmed no Brett Favre tonight for Vikings
![]() |
By:
Silence is golden. I think it's scary as like calm before the storm. I wonder it's been quiet here.. Anyway, Trashers starts scoring 1-0 in half way 1st period. Shots 3-9 thanks one pp for Sens.

By:
Kings 1-0
By:
Kings starts scoring against tired veterans 1-0. [:p]
By:
Trashers is full of confidence and very effective. No wonder they have collected more points than any else team excluding Pens since 19th of Nov..they are leading by 2-0 already.
By:
Yes pleased to see them doing well tbh , they suffered around the time Kovalchuk left but rebuilding nicely , ironic to see the Devils struggling so much after taking Kova
![]() |
By:
Yes, they must be real glad after taking rid off Kovalchuk. Even more better deal(s) they made after picking up Byfuglien, Ladd, Eager and Sopel out of the Hawks. I'm damn sure Hawks' staff have regret that deal many and many more times this season by now. Especially Byfuglien has been awesome this season. [;)]
By:
No way i'd have let Byfuglien go
By:
Quick gets it all and other Kings players are patience enough and scores 2-0.
By:
And speak of the devil: mr. Byfuglien himself and Trashers up to 3-0.
By:
Both of my bets are still alive. Sens reduces 1-3 late 2nd period.
![]() |
By:
amazing to see all that Wings pressure then blink and it's 2-0 , love this sport |
By:
Interesting to see if there is still left more gas in Wings machine in 3rd period. Quick's must feel tired after the game.

The policy of avoiding Sharks games this season to date still seems the wisest option , leading again last night but end up defeated in OT and their last dozen games read..
L-W-L-W-L-W-L-W-W-L-W-L , a near perfect level of inconsistency possible. Good luck tonight , cracking top 2 divisional battle from Philadelphia at midnight ![]() |
By:
You know what my bet is tonight
![]() Good Luck |
By:
Pls don't mension the target of your bet maybe it goes perfectly that way..[;)
3 out of 5 meetings you would have succeed..that's 60% so even the stats are on your side. ![]() I don't have enough guts to try it though. I trust more on the power of the revenge thinking to be an observer role in that game. I will rather take another meeting if I find there any juicy odds somewhere. Catch you guys later! Good luck to everyone |
By:
We don't need more than one tiny mistake by a goalie as the game is very close. Fleury has not done them very often lately. Philly leading 1-0 and seems hungrier than ever. Losing 6 straight home meetings against Pens it should be no miracle though. Hope we'll see lots of goals tonight.
By:
Malkin scores beautiful pp goal reducing 1-1.
By:
Needless to say does Sid the Kid's pointstreak still continue?
![]() |
By:
Zherdev made it 2-1 for Philly.
By:
Another stupid mistake in the game: Carle is using his stick too high against Malkin who scores again on pp soon after reducing the game 2-2. That goal makes my bet complited on Livebetting as I was waiting over 4.5 including OT&PS.

First time in a long time Pens allowes more than 2 goals in a game. Hartnell's turn to make it 3-2 pp. It's all in the air Pens' 12-game winning streak is going to end tonight.
By:
3-2 FT. Very good game to watch as usual when these teams meet each other. All the streaks must end sometimes. Philly broke both streaks of Pens: 12-game winning streak in the league and 6-game winning streak at Wells Fargo Center. Also awaywin streak ended here in these meeting this season. The first 3 games were all awaywins. So, it was about time.
Now, let's just wait the odds on Caps vs Ducks game on tomorrow, HAYDEN.[;)] My guess is they will start 1.70/1.75max for Caps which is definitely too low. However, after that horrible 0-7 -loss they can not have afford to lose 7th straight at home anymore, can't they? It would be nice to wear mr.Boudreu's jacket after that if that happens. [;)] |
By:
Btw, Crosby's streak(19th straight) still continues. But, the question is does he shave his mustache off before tomorrow's division game against Rangers after Pens' streak ended tonight? Or can we see him wearing a beard later this season as far as his streak continues to grow..
![]() |
By:
Really good game to watch that and you can see why they will probably fight out the divisional title , not sure what will happen in this Oilers game , 1-1 at the moment and can go either way
By:
All true. What comes about Oilers game they both have decent goalies between the pipes tonight so it's no wonder they are playing lack scoring game. Oilers have besides played 4 out of 6 last games OT/SO and Leafs have come finally back their captain Phaneuf to their backline..so they must have better days on as well.

Was looking at the Dallas recent schedule last night and a good example of how demanding and intense this regulation season is...
Dallas played 5 games in 8 days in 5 different Cities and also 4 different time-zones , no wonder these players look fatigued on occasions ![]() |

Evening NHL fans..had my 1st bet on the ice last night, philly, i have to support the city of philadelphia being an eagle fan...had a little acca tonight.
Im looking at Buffalo as my main bet tonight, what you reckon hayden? |
By:
It has buffalo and washington down as a live tv game...i see its washington on espn, where can you watch Buffalo?
By:
Harry I find most of the links on Fromsport or firstrow
Gone for these tonight..... Anaheim +1.5 @1.7 Lay Buffalo in 60 @2.46 Lay Pittsburgh in 60 @2.04 Under 5.5 goals in Vancouver @1.96 Good Luck ![]() |
By:
I use ESPN player Harry as it's only £90 for the entire season and every game live in top quality , if you're using a link would imagine
www.atdhe.net/30733/watch-boston-bruins-vs-buffalo-sabres would be the best , this link is certainly nearer real time out of all the free options in my experience. Buffalo game is interesting and revolves around the GM position with Miller in a bit of a sticky patch at the moment and the possibility that Boston may rest Thomas and play Rask ( very able deputy ) The grey area with this game is despite it being divisional the Bruins have a massive top of the table divisional battle in Montreal tomorrow and the indication that Thomas may be rested for that game may be significant. Good luck all ![]() |
By:
Rask has confirmed as a starting goalie tonight for Bruins so I guess it's more important game v Habs waiting on tomorrow, HAYDEN just like you mensioned.
![]() I guess it goes both ways as well and Habs taking the meeting v Bruins more seriously tomorrow than hosting Philly tonight? However, Price starting vs Philly so he must play b2b's then which is a bit risky but a common policy with some teams. |
By:
Yes mate it's easy to over complicate the thinking behind the schedule sometimes , look at the Habs game in Detroit last week and the fact they had a huge game around the corner , when they got back to 3-2 it was all out committment anyway and they out shot Wings 19-3 in the final period whereas if they'd have gone 4-1 down could have taken foot off the gas and lost 6-1 and that monumental effort killed them in Toronto the following night.
Scheduling is huge for me when selecting plays but you have to read between the lines as well , it's not exact science that's for sure. |
By:
ND , we were correct about the Caps price in RT between 1.8/1.9 for tonight and bookies just using the matrix again with price adjustments reflecting the volume of business.
Caps could destroy Ducks tonight as they're too good for this run to continue but you can't be taking prices like that under the circumstances , one thing for sure if Caps don't reach the conference play-off final as an absolute minimum achievement this season then Bruce is toast i'm afraid. |
By:
Yes, HAYDEN. And one interesting thing inside Caps is there's no Semin in lineup tonight which make me belive there's something weird going on..maybe the famous team spirit is not ok but I guess it's obvious under these circumstances. Still it's weird Semin is out tonight.
