This one started off as low as 100/30 with some books and has drfited a long long way out in the market in this seven runner affair at Bath, in the 3.40 Victorian Bounty is bidding to follow up a recent win at Folkestone and defying a 5lb penalty, the useful claimer John Fahy negates 3lb of that and he has experience of riding the horse previously when finishing second on him in a Windsor Claimer.

Normally ridden up with the pace Vicotrian Bounty has been available to trade in eight of his last ten races, the twice he didnt trade was the twice that he was tried in cheekpieces, six furlongs seems to be his ideal distance and with no watering at Bath, good to firm will suit him just fine. Still drifitng and is available on the exchnages at 14 (10/1 at the bookies)at the moment which would leave us needing a lay off price of 8.4 to normal stakes to make a 1.3pt profit, or to make a 1pt profit the lay off price rises to 9.2.

Another one at a huges price which may provide us with a trading opportunity today is Lord Of The Dance in the 4.20 at Yarmoputh, at the moment you can get 18/1 with SJ about this one, he has been in excellent form on the all weather and is bound to come on for his recent outing at Warwick, this time last year he won at Chepstow on good to firm and although his overall form is better on the all weather than the turf all we want him to do today is trade for us, and its the anomaly in the prices that make this opportunity so attractive. Back with the books at 19 and that leaves us a lay off price of price of 11 to give a 1.3 pt win should he trade but lose and 2.4 should he trade and win. For just a 1 pt trade then the lay off price is 12.5

Its always risky taking the prices this early, nothing is guaranteed in life, lets hope the drifter doesnt drift any more.
