The one preceeding the 'que', Dickie. Even a man of your intellect could figure that out, shirley?

BTW what is everyone's views on AP's UR on Carlingford Lough? It's as soft an Unseated Rider as I've ever seen Confused

I said the same thing yesterday after watching it live , I might watch the replay to see if there were any mitigating circumstances ...

I've watched it a few times Workrider and you could say that the horse didn't even make a mistake. If it was any other jockey, I think we'd be hearing a lot more about it!

As i thought yesterday , a soft fall , I was of the opinion he was coming to win his race , I'm even more sure now , less than a length off the winner with that hill to come ....

The horse got squeezed and hit the rail on the side of the fence.

Without the benefit of the head on i can't really see that Wildmanfromborneo , he might have been tightened up alright , but cant see him hitting the rail ..A P earlier before turning in had the option of going on the outside but refused and decided to sneak up the inner ..Which in fact cost him the race imo...

Cooper received a 6 day suspension for causing interference.....which resulted in McCoy being dislodged.....having looked at the race again.....it was no fault of McCoy's.....and it was far from beat also.....

I've seen the head on and imo, there was very little interference. They showed the head-on on RTE racing and if you go to their RTE Player, you can watch it again. As I said, it was as soft an unseated rider as I've ever seen.

The horse and/or the jockey hit the wing of the fence and hit it quite hard and the head-on I saw showed the wing vibrating to quite a degree and no doubt contributed to the unseat. I would not blame BC for it as AP was trying to come up his inner and very many horses veer off straight lines when jumping fences anyway. IMO the winner would have won regardless.

It was blatant interference......why do ye think Cooper got 6 days.....the stewards have a lot of angles to look at.....and they deemed that the interference warranted a 6 day ban.....and its baffling how anybody can say Ballycasey would definitely have won.....Carlingford Lough is a good horse in a finish.....and any horse that can run down Morning Assembly is plenty capable in a struggle......
