Brutal song and no sign of world cup in 2002?!
Duff a big loss for Friday but glad Wilson and Coleman finally in the squad. |
By:
The International aspect is what i love about it we are playing for the whole country WR, it makes you feel that we have a special place in the hearts and minds of every person in Ireland.

You were crying in front of a girl in an internet cafe which is also your office?
By:
ah toxic has appeared , the only reason he comes on here is to knock people , cows all milked tgm
the irish farmer bleeding the country dry for decades ![]() |
By:
Yes, i reserve a place every day in my local internet cafe as if i don't go there i won't get the work done, almost gets me out of the house and i have a special rate as well. It's a six week trial to see if my productivity increases if not i will have to get the house work done in the morning and and then start my research into bets from various tipsters. thegalwayman forget about me and enjoy the linky.

The Irish farmer- putting food on your table for generations. I have told you before that I am not a dairy farmer.
It in an interesting approach for a pro punter rocketfingers, but best of luck with it. How does it 'almost' get you out of the house though? |
By:
ok , but farmers have been sucking the life blood of this nation for eons . i've payed taxes all my life to sustain your easy lifestyle , should fook all you lazy swines out and let the dutch run irish farms .
By:
A few city slickers did a good job of sucking blood out of a nation for the last 10 years.....europe funded the farmers and these boyos funded themselves and their mates.
Duff will be a loss........... |
By:
Glad Duff is not playing - he has not been a factor for 3 years now in the international set up - be lucky to get one good game out of him in five
By:
Disagree with you KG, Duff played his best stuff in yrs last season, he still has the ability to make a big impact for us. He has always suffered with injuries unfortunately. I'd rather have him than not.
By:
what time is the match at?
surely it does not clash with the big sporting event of the night at Harolds Cross? if so what clowns planned that ![]() |
By:
7.45pm Friday

Is this internet cafe in Sligo? [smiley:crazy]

Your ignorance of the importance of agriculture to Ireland is hardly surprising.
Duff has been consistently excellent for Ireland, and, as downallstar says, he has been ravaged by injuries. He was outstanding in the games against France last year. He is our most potent/only attacking threat from midfield and he is a massive loss. |
By:
Hope McGeady and Lawrence start out wide with Gibson and Whealen in the centre, We need to attack them. Gibson and Lawrence can both place a cross or through ball accurately and the raking switch of play pass from the right, Gibson and Lawrence to left, Doyle knocking down for Keane and McGeady would be the best means of attack

Nobody said he was our best player. Having said that he's been a very important player for us and always gives his all for Ireland. McGeady has been playing well in Moscow so hopefully he'll have a big game on Friday.

By:
Lay of rocketfingers.....he seems to be new to sport of any kind.........No GAA scandals in the indo this weather.
He is upset the GAA season is over and counting the days till the national league starts. Letting on to be a loi man when you are a true Gael...........you fooled all the GAA people on here will the soccer lads fall for your cunning move. |
By:
ok gant but anyone who believes duff would get in brazilian or spanish squad has to be in a mental institution imho
By:
Anyone who starts a thread declaring that a Bohs/Rovers match is going to bring Dublin to a standstill tonight is gone beyond the help a mental institution could possibly provide.

"TRULY REMARKABLE INTERNATIONAL MOMENTS ROCKET ,something the gaa heads will NEVER experiance . "
I was there for at least 6 of them. And nothing compares to Kilkenny winning the all ireland or James Stephens winning teh club all ireland. It a sad state of affairs that workrider can't enjoy a clip without a little dig. And even a sadder state of affairs when the clip of the Republic of Ireland's glory moments includes: A goal scored in a meaningless friendly; A nil nil draw for **** sake; A couple of toe pokes; And a few long ball punts that turned lucky. |
By:
And as for teh match, Trap will bottle it and we'll play all defensive and be boring as ****.
By:
We didn't play defensive in Paris? Trap knows exactly how to set up the team for these matches.
By:
How often do we play like we did in Paris? Not often enough imv.
By:
Obviously you can't play like that all the time but a game like Russia should give us the chance to play like that again. It's a little more difficult against the likes of Armenia and Andorra whose main aim is not to coincide. 4 points would be a good return from the 2 games.

By:
irishlad . kilkenny winning 4 in a row ffs rovers won 4 in a row
i read about it in the donegal democrat . the financial times wanted to know were kilkenny was, and the new york time thought kilkenny was in the australian outback . you really dont want to know what the british time though of it ![]() |
By:
i think were goin to be in for a tough night friday night long periods without the ball (our own fault) a lack of a cutting edge can really see us drawing these two games
By:
Shirley the draw is the safest bet here?

By:
Pavlyuchenko is out.
