no, he asked for the bet on this forum, i offered him the bet, and emails confirmed the bet.
after it lost, he gave me some flannel about a lack of chqs, but a month later has still failed to "weigh in" the main point was that he asked for the bet. though for a mere 200 he would pay, but must be a knacker. |
