Oddly, they asked me for documents just last few weeks - wonder if that was why. First time it's ever happened to me over there. |

Any request for a personal financial document or verification I do not oblige. I close the account instead.
I do not trust them until their personnel are signed up for the Financial Conduct Authority. Anything less is a big no go. |

Matchbook has acquired its fellow betting exchange **** for an undisclosed sum, it has been revealed.
The deal is also understood to include Racecourse Data Technologies, which provides hardware, betting software and technical support to on-course bookmakers and allows them to hedge into the **** exchange. Matchbook said the existing **** service would remain open for trading until October 21 "to allow an orderly transition", with customer accounts open for withdrawals until November 4. Bit of a bummer if that is the end of purple, there is often a few opportunities especially with late non runners etc where the bf/daq bots are turned off. Two doses of bad news with the introduction of the gruss GPS and the end of purple ![]() |

What happens to my open bets on ****?
Open positions cannot move between exchanges, so trade out of them on **** before [18 October 2026]; after that date, remaining open trades will be voided or settled - check ****.com for more details. You’re welcome to place an equivalent bet on Matchbook, but it will be a new bet at Matchbook’s current market prices, not a continuation of your **** position. See www.****.com for more information. |
