They deffo watered for the Aga pair! Put a line through a few of these don’t matter the draw!

The win of Scan over Trawler was misleading as the latter was injured in the race. Scan was labourious when beating Queenstown last time.

1/6! And appealing the result! Beat fair and square. Dirty B’s!

2nd got a severe bump from the FPTP
|
|
By:
Yeah bump was on the line from the smaller horse and I’ve seen Moore do that loads and keep it. (Think back to Minnie Hauk and whirl in the oaks last year)
Overwatering looking after BallyD don’t look good for racing. I didn’t see that race Impossible. |

No point in trying to be original other than a small piece of history and blowing a stat, Daryz to be the first back to back since Sagace, not as the form book shows. Little hope of my small ew bets collecting more than a place and as hard as I have looked the obvious seems the way to go.

1st colt btw.

By:
I did not see anything grossly untoward for an objection. The usual excuse from AOB that the ground could be too soft for Scan.
|
|
By:
The result stood despite an objection from Moore. Sore loser!

Thundering On ew for me, she won't mind a bit of extra juice and ground looks about g-soft atm
this is her trip as seen impressively in Oaks (form hasn't worked out I know but was value for more) excuses in the Pretty Polly (keen, coughed afterwards) but back to form after a break lto, handy fillies allowance, draw good and a former arc winning jockey as a replacement jockey, dangers abound so far from confident! good luck with picks chaps ![]() |

Cheers BNB and I’d be the same, not a fan of the place (Paris) but I like the French ladies! So even if it was a bad day there’d be a positive!

Backed Ben thinking the ground would be like a road, but after watching today I’d temper my enthusiasm. I wonder if the Japanese contenders are thinking they’ve finally got the ground in their favour.
If they did water it, it’s not a great look. It could discourage Japanese runners if even a dry year ends up soft. Over the years, the ground jockeys and trainers seem to hate most is that sticky, overwatered ground. |

Sometimes when a horse shows something you didn't think it was capable of...and embarrasses you, I usually take that on the
chin and doff my cap as I had to do when Kalpana won the King George but I'm doubling down on that shock (it was to me) by stating that I don't fancy her at all tomorrow...and not even for the frame! In all honesty, it wouldn't be the biggest surprise to many and I could end up looking like a money tree - my reasoning will likely not be convincing enough for many...but I'm still baffled that Calandgan didn't pick her up at Ascot and I recall watching that and not even flinching as I fully expected him to bound past her, but full credit to the mare as she won well. I haven't heard any lame excuses but I am quite sure that Calandagan was not at his best that day...and I fully expect to see that view endorsed tomorrow - take Calandagan out of that race and the form is weak...especially as the Jáp also underperformed. She's a smashing mare and I can see why she's a very popular performer but I've never rated her until I had to do a reluctant 180 after Ascot and although she's followed that with another G1, her over-all form profile looks weak to me - anyone agree? I've posted this as many will be nailing their colours to her tomorrow and will think she's a good thing - just not for me...that's all. |

I wonder if the Japanese contenders are thinking they’ve finally got the ground in their favour. how many times in japan do you think they've encountered ground as overwatered as this? they just run on firm over there not loose top soil with firm underneath |
