Delbert,I do not discuss races with Lorry Drivers or your good self.
I will,as always, make a decision on the day. Each to their own |

What was your opinion prior to the race frico of nature?
|
|
By:
top class horse.. had 4 - 14lbs in hand of the field..cudnt see much reason to oppose itif all was well..but wasnt playing so no interest.
|

And there you have it despite all that didn’t play.
![]() * confidence wasn’t high despite all of the positives mentioned! ![]() Nice post race opinion analysis Ringo ![]() |

Is that all there is here odds on backers?
Del, don't knock odds-on backers, some are value. It's being selective and knowing which odds-on to back. My 5 largest 5 bets ever were all odds-on and on the same horse back in time, never a moments doubt. I didn't back Omsbudsman. |
|
By:
I’m not knocking them Andrew just amazed at the op saying that it’s an easy game.
True Love and Minnie Hauk shows that it isn’t. As said last night I’m sure all backers thought that he’d put more distance between the two. Backers didn’t mention that Gethin raced far too keenly early. He’s proved he’s a good horse. |

Backers didn’t mention that Gethin raced far too keenly early. walofs
winner won being nudged along. |

Whatever you say, pull hard early, normally not in the finish.

Try reading the race comments NO mention of , “Comfortably…”

Betting pre-race isn't easy whatever the odds

A good run from Ombudsman yesterday.
Will be looking to play him at Ascot if the price is right. |
|
By:
Imagine putting up a 5/6 shot that goes off 2/5 and wins and still getting begrudgers. Sad state of affairs
|
|
By:
Well done winners
. |
|
By:
No sad state of affairs or begrudging but it wasn’t exactly mastermind material!
Don’t think you’ll get much bigger than the 5/2 for Ascot now when the race cuts up. Delashay • May 28, 2026 9:11 AM BST Lump on Sonof but not for me and if you do good luck. Not for me refers to odds on shots, hopefully that’s all clear. |
|
By:
Oh and as for specs horse needed 3 cracks during what Ringo called,
“ winner won being nudged along.” Now there’s an appointment to be made for someone, but not I! ![]() |
|
By:
What makes tipping up a 5/6 shot that goes off at 2/5 or a 5/1 shot that goes off 5/2? Do you understand the basic principles of probability, closing line value etc?

Difference*

Do you understand good luck?

Sunly was favourite with the books, 2/1 was freely available for Aventure.
Delashay • May 25, 2026 9:31 AM BST Aventure @ 2/1 Won Each Way: 1/4 Odds, 2 Places Report• Quote • Block User Delashay • May 26, 2026 5:56 PM BST Sunly was 10/11 here madness but books can take the Graffard liberty - - - - - With Aventure winning @ 11/10 I think I understand odds etc and horses being priced up incorrectly as fav. ![]() I enjoyed the race last night, look forwards to the POW as it looks a decent race and it’s always one of my favs. ![]() |

I am sure Bertie Basset was being ironic when he said,"easy game".Naturally, the Autistic Delbert failed to see that
![]() |
|
By:
I think he think he landed a massive touch actually and wanted thanking!
Now who’s the munt irons? Because Ringo showed he failed to see 3 cracks of the whip on the good thing for the day! ![]() Gonna come to his rescue on any other thread?! |
|
By:
Enjoy your winnings ASonOf I like people winning and unlike some who mock when people lose.
|
|
By:
Autistic people always believe they are right,Delbert.
He backed a winner, simple as that. Who knows, one day you might eventually have a bet on BF ![]() |
|
By:
One day you might give an opinion on a race!
![]() |
|
By:
Not to a cretin like you,Delbert.
I Back or Lay to make money and not to try to prove anything to others on here |
|
By:
You’re trying to prove to yourself that you have self worth with your every post!
![]() |

Absolutely no need to "try",Autistic one

There you go again with your assumption of superiority!

I think he think he landed a massive touch actually and wanted thanking! Now who’s the munt irons? Because Ringo showed he failed to see 3 cracks of the whip on the good thing for the day! 3 cracks of the whip? couple of little flicks,it won comfortable without being hard ridden is what i see. |

Spewgo was its hands and heels just nugged out? À la Daryz style? NO.
Was Buick low in the saddle? YES! |

I know Ace and I’m left wondering why the books left unchanged at 5/2 for Ascot with such an easy win?
