Hills have 100's of photos on their till system.all taken from cctv, why wouldn't you, pick of angles, get the best facial picture, customer doesn't know. I would guess all books are the same.
Refusal of service.. customers barred from having a bet Awaiting proof of income..had a letter but haven't produced documents. Self exclusions.. customers who have decided to exclude from punting Fraudsters .. slow counters and ambiguous bets It's certainly not an unusual practice It's not that much good though in 90% plus of cases because you are reliant on a member of staff identifying a person, they have never seen before. from a photograph in a file of hundreds. By the time they find it they would be well gone. |
