AI Overview
There is no public evidence or admission that Paddy Power (now part of Flutter Entertainment) operates a dedicated, malicious bot specifically designed to prevent individual traders from using the Betfair Exchange.
However, the Betfair Exchange is a highly automated environment where institutional bots, market makers, and professional traders compete, and Betfair itself does take measures to ensure market liquidity.
Here is a breakdown of the realities of bots on the Betfair exchange based on the search results:
Betfair's Use of Automated Software: Betfair reserves the right to provide liquidity into markets and may operate its own automated gambling software ("bots") to ensure sufficient liquidity to provide an "attractive player proposition".
Market Maker/Professional Bots: Professional traders and market makers dominate many pre-race markets using automated bots, which can behave in ways that seem like manipulation, such as spoofing (placing large orders without the intention of them being matched) to move prices.
"Fighting" against the Exchange: Some traders believe the market is heavily skewed toward high-speed bots, making it difficult for manual traders to compete, particularly in pre-race horse racing markets.
Rules Against Rogue Bots: Betfair has taken action against "rogue bots" that attempt to manipulate the site, and they warn users against using software to bet overbroke.
Bot-Induced Frustration: Experienced traders have noted that high-volume trading bots (often referred to as "flashers" or "market makers") can make it difficult for other bots to function, which can be interpreted as a deliberate effort to block trading, but it is typically viewed as a competitive, albeit intense, environment.

In summary, while there is no evidence of a "Paddy Power-specific" attack bot, the Betfair exchange is a very competitive, tech-heavy environment where automated systems frequently dominate and often make it challenging for individual traders to get matched.

3.2  disappeared.

i never really addressed this.  so all the millions playing at home, all the bookies laying off on here.

and not one pound (£1) wants to back or lay at 3.20 ???   not a quid,  either way,

quite remarkable,

Widespread Use: Thousands of professional traders use their own automated bots to trade on Betfair for a living. The exchange provides an API (Application Programming Interface) specifically to allow these bots to connect and place bets faster than a human could.
Market Dynamics: While some users on forums express concern that automation "controls" the market, many experts argue that bots are simply one part of a complex system influenced by hundreds of factors, such as real-world events.

In fairness, neither would you. Just saying like.

Posted one bet in that time, a win bet on a horse he told the forum to lay. He didn't off course post the matched lay bet that would show his loss.

If Paddy was worried about your rants he would have flicked the switch on you on here a long time ago.

I expect they have a good laugh at your expense, not from the inside

If I knew which way markets were going, every time, I'd be disappointed not to make a couple of hundred a race. 25 races a day, a hard year's work for a cool million (even after the 40% expert fee hulk's paying no doubt). Get it banked hulk....and spend the afternoon on the slopes too.

swift.  paudys house of cards is reliant on someone not picking up on what he's up to, or someone from the inside blabbing (and yes, they also sent me that horrible mugshot the boy took of me back in 2019, in the branch.  not my best side).

all i'm telling you on here is true,  the £108's, the movements, my contacts, my skiing.

don't let it spoil your enjoyment of the site, of gambling, or anything else.  life's too short.

just be aware.

if he'd asked i'd have done him a moody pose.

the reason it sounds like a nutter, is because it's so ridiculous.

i 100% guarantee you the manager of a PP shop came out from behind the counter, wandered up next to me, and took a photo of me as i was looking at the electronic odds boards in one of their shops in 2019.  and he was told to do it by the area manager but i won't say anymore or how i know that.
By:
swiftynifty
When: 23 Mar 26 21:54
could it be that the area manager had a crush on you?

forget the shops, you're safer on here.

i've also been locked in a branch of WH with the manager threatening to "call the police" when he found i'd been rinsing him.

i politely took a seat and asked him how long they would be.

at which point he opened the door and requested that i fk off.

didn't like it up him.

You also claim your a long term winner, although you refuse to substantiate it. You can of course manage to c&p a single bet.Normally only 1 reason for that.

People who consistently make up stories, embellish achievements, or fake a successful life to gain attention, admiration, or sympathy are often described as pathological liars, mythomaniacs, or fantasists. This behavior is frequently a, “cry for recognition” driven by low self-esteem or an underlying need to feel special, rather than just material gain.

Pathological Liar (Pseudologia Fantastica): Someone who lies chronically and compulsively, often creating elaborate, fantastical stories about their life to present themselves as successful or heroic.
Mythomania: A specific form of pathological lying where the individual has an uncontrollable tendency to lie, often believing their own fabrications.
Fantasist: Someone who tells constant, exaggerated stories about their life to make themselves seem more interesting or powerful.
Narcissist/Grandiosity: People with narcissistic tendencies or Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) often portray themselves as successful to maintain a fragile, inflated ego.

Irons, its irrelevant whether i bet or not.Ive never claimed to be anything on here.If i was quite happy to post individual bets and was requested to proof any claim of winning long term i'd have no problem posting it,why would anyone? Those that refuse do so for a reason, their claims are false.
