11kv • March 10, 2026 12:25 PM GMT Man was trespassing end of. There is a bit of merit in this. Would dog-owner wander through his neighbour's gardens with his dog and a torch in the dark? |

No cider it means that on an unrelated thread you have shoe-horned your obsessions with left wingers and trannies as you do in almost every thread (if you aren't aftertiming).
|

By:
Remember the good ol days when trannies were a thing to be fascinated by.... now they are 2 a penny...
|

It's related as I'm assuming the 'victim' in this case feels he didn't do anything wrong. I experienced something similar recently (but no violence involved). I could see how it could get violent.
In regard to the possible punishment, it relates to a Labour MP who viciously assaulted a constituent, lied about it, and was eventually effectively let off with a slap on the wrist. |

Did Mike Amesbury hit a pensioner and cause fractures? The mitigating factors for Williams prolly offset by the age of the victim and the injuries suffered.
Aaron Nomicas got 6 months in prison. That was a vicious unprovoked attack on a 52 yo woman (she was lucky it wasn't worse) that could have resulted in catastrophic injuries, caught on camera and he would've gone in again had he not been stopped. |
|
By:
In all 3 instances a cruel twist of fate can cause fatal injuries and then you are up for murder or manslaughter. The pensioner could have suffered a heart attack. A punch that leads to you hitting the back of your head on a concrete surface or a violent kick in the head can be fatal.

If it has been a lamper out trying to catch a bunny he would have killed, the lamper excuse stopped as soon as he seen the silly wee dog.
Jail awaits and hate to agree with reeko but going to trial, what an idiot. |

By:
why was he so bothered about a few rabbits killed on his land anyway , aren''t they pests?
|
|
By:
We don't the exact circumstances of this one. Amesbury attacked a constituent when they were already on the ground after he'd sucker punched them.

The damage to the victim is just luck. If they hit their head on the concrete, after falling back off the kerb after being sucker punched. It's not in your control if they crack their skull or not. Or if you go in for more when they are already down on the floor.

Trespass (without causing damage, or in order to commit an offence) is not even a crime.
The response should be proportionate - saying "well, he shouldn't have been there" is not mitigation for attacking someone with a hockey stick. The bit that flummoxes me is how his lawyer let him go to court in the first place. His whole account was ridiculous. |

Mr Dandridge suffered a fracture to his arm and the court heard the alleged assault did not end until Mr Ring said: "That's enough" and ushered the defendant away.
The two police officers arrived and saw Williams holding the stick. They also described him shouting "What the f*** are you doing in my field with a lamp and a dog?" He was taken to hospital where he was treated for his fractured left forearm, a cut to his forehead, a bruised chest and an injured left knee. |
|
By:
two police officers investigating rural crime passed the defendant and Mr Ring, who were in a 4x4.
The driver, Williams, was said to have told the officers there were "lampers" in the field, and they were going to challenge them. The officers followed the defendant and Mr Ring to the field. |

It's a bizarre culture shift in society now where people will just lie to your face, as if you are some kind of idiot. As if some people have actually bought into this left wing nonsense concept of your truth (ie fiction) rather than the actual truth. You walk your little dog near to my land with the lead extended, and then claim you are helpless to stop it when you are literally watching it run on to my land and lift its leg. lol.
Is the most naive post about the past and esp the legal system in this country ever posted anywhere on the internet? Do you actually think people didn't lie through their teeth and people have only just started lying in court in the last 20 years? When did this lying start iyo? You have obv left an incredibly sheltered existence if you think as above. What is easier now - legal system or just being lied to - is it's easier to check the truth. Its even easier to just make up ones own truth! |
|
By:
Which part of your quote (of mine) is referencing the legal system?
|
|
By:
I'd have thought I made myself pretty clear. But just for you, to clarify, I'm referencing everyday interactions with regular people. People that you may, or may not know. They will flat out lie to your face, lying about something that is self evidently untrue so that they can try to deny responsibility/accountability (as in my example, an adult claiming they can't control a chihuahua).
