The 'dangerous' thing is another debate really, if her mount comes down and she breaks a femur, then maybe it becomes dangerous. It really should be the risk caused and not the actual outcome if the worst happens.
But the overriding point I am getting at is that it's wrong to pass it off as accidental, when it was deliberate. |

after bypassing the last the horse was edging right..he didnt steer it right at all until the last 50-60yds when he didnt even realise a horse was on his inside..as he steers it right he immeadiately looks round to his right and realises a horse was closing to his right..
