Actually think this could be overturned and placed 3rd here, you can’t wander around like that impeding the horse in 3rd so many times. Regardless if your horse is tired. U wasn’t the strongest stayer

few yr ago they disq a gosden winner at southwell that hmp the 3rd..was overtuned on appeal and they aint disq a winner since that hmp a placed horse and made the 2nd that wasnt involved the winner..so rico says unless they changed this situation will stand.

imv they need to tweak the rules, the way they are written it's pretty impossible to demote the winner behind the third. but no way should jockeys be able to benefit from the choice he made there
