We'll never know if the second could have got up but undeniably stopped from making that challenge; jock seemed to be doing the right things, so didnt seem to be at fault just the horse swerving - i'd give it a DH to be fair but thats not in the stewards rule book!

should really keep it as was idling and holding the runner up plus the stumble was very close to the line. But wouldn't bet a short price.

Jokey club should allow a DH and share the spoils as sometiems its imposs to be sure, but the second was denied a fair chance due to the first horse swerving for no clear reason, but seemed not delib erate
