C Hill did come back. Cheltenham was too early, arguably he was running a decent race in Aintree. It's only the Punches flop really, he wasn't injured, but mentally challenged shall we say. Pride comes before a fall, the humiliation got the better of them and they decided to run in Punches when it was never part of the plan.

It's also he was arguably on the downgrade anyway, but the Kempton CH could still beat these.

Personally I think he is more likely to underwhelm than impress, but it's very possible that he is good enough to beat the field.

My thoughts too Cider.  My concern is that in the main unlucky horses tend to remain so, for whatever reason.  The Hannon horse this season is/was a good example.

Got tickets,.. I've missed a shed load of fighting fifths
through golf and football.

Now it's forecast to pish down.

Heavy ground maybe, and a long way home.

Of course there is a third option which is to be a watcher.

Jockey and Oss have to be in unison.

de Boinville started to ask questions, misjudging where the stride was, having to fiddle hurdles or asking him to take off much too soon.

Constitution Hill changed from the naturally fluent to the psychologically challenged as a consequence of the odd messages he was getting from the saddle.

They have 'gone back to basics' with his schedule this season, even making him jump poles to start with.

Maybe that will be his remaking, but only if de Boinville sits still in the saddle again, and lets the expert make the decisions.

The jockey has  never been born that can stop a horse coming out of your hands (guessing at a hurdle}.
Naturally,Nico has much to learn from you and the other "experts" on hereLaugh

Act of Innocence advertised the Henderson stable form at Newbury beating Sinnatra which I fancied. Both were moved from Paul Nicholls over the summer! Sinnatra still advertised the form with Captain Hugo who beat him equally easily over c/d. If Act of Evidence is considered a high class novice then Captain Hugo is not far behind.

ifs and buts about the the whole field ,if and its a big if conshill is back to his best he wins but jumping and uncertainty about what's going on in his head , tnl stepping g out of novice company and trip a ? ,anzadam also stepping up in grade like the tnl unbeaten and could be anything or could be exposed by the jump in class . prob a watching  race and 1 of the big 3 will win but at the prices golden ace might he underestimated here gets the mares allowance and who knows if conshillo woulda finished in front of her in the churdle ,decent  2nd to state man  at punches but that is decent form  and she had kargeese behind . if i have a bet it will be her for small stakes ew .

In all likelihood like many of these races where we've got a showdown that we all want to see the upshot sees us left with more questions than answers.

One thing is almost certain. Constitution Hill will not be better than he was in 2023. The one with the most to answer is Anzadam. I do not believe The New One is a 2 mile champion horse.

there was someone on here for many years who used to do this, not seen him for ages but if this is a wind up account then i'd have a fiver on who it is (or more aptly whoami)

if he is for real then we're dealing with someone that shouldn't have a funded account

Wouldn’t go near it with a barge pole!

They ruined it by changing its way of running, was a horse that loved to run, the jockey was transmitting fear into it with being held in behind horses.
The fall at Aintree was easy to see coming as he grabbed hold of him and tried to make him challenge.

If he can’t do the fractions out in front like he used to retire it. Was a disgrace that they took it to Puncherstown!
