Pomp is it a miler? Just saying you forgot to say that!
![]() |
By:
Put a line through NSB run. Broke terribly & ran with the choke out. That said OB pinged & Buick rode a blinder.
By:
Probably not a miler I'd say Del. Although they usually get a mile if they win the ultra competitive 7f handicaps at RA. What do you think?
By:
Winner done it well , they will be hoping FOG comes on for the run
By:
Prague gives you a clue, has been beaten 4 lengths twice by Zeuss and also by this boy.

“Put a line through NSB run. Broke terribly & ran with the choke out. That said OB pinged & Buick rode a blinder.” Agree with that, he and Dancing lit eachother up for sure, if he’s gonna do well Newbury will suit over that trip. |

I’m looking forwards to seeing this bloke Hearn is bugging up now!
![]() Moses something or other says he's the most exciting prospect, heavyweight |
By:
Moses Itauma is his name Dela, lives not far from me and (don't call him a Chatham chav though
). A savage puncher, early KO's are his forte - there is a bit of a doubt regarding his stamina for longer fights so will be interesting to see how he progresses. |
By:
Just watched the race there - Keane was out for a gallop on the 2nd - never put in to the race for a winning position.
By:
Almeric, Field Of Gold and Zeus Olympios, all comfortably beaten. Easy for the bookmakers again.
By:
Thanks Dixie appreciate that and wouldn’t dare do so!
![]() Look forwards to seeing gis next gig! Pomp I have to also admit that I’ve confused this horse with another! ![]() |
By:
Ps : Dixie my dad worked with a bloke called Dixie Dean! He wore a wig that he stuck down with double sided tape and would get into the painters sink and strip down and have a wash!
![]() |
By:
Opera Ballo certainly the best horse today, his fast break helped a lot and he was more race fit than the others but still a good performance. Fine ride by Buick.
I will keep the faith with Zeus, after all he did hammer OB at Newmarket back in September. The Lockinge is still on the agenda for him and that will tell us more about how good he may or may not be. |
By:
Was the general consensus that FOG was big in the paddock?
By:
I would wager your dad's workmate was not EFC's record goalscorer Dela
![]() Hopefully they won't rush things with Moses, give it a year or so and if he is still improving then try and get a World title fight, he certainly has the potential. |
By:
Gosden stated that he was ready to run but as he is a big horse might take a Blow at the furlong.
By:
just seen the race no excuses mine were well btn well done winners
By:
I still feel that they will be disappointed that FOG couldn't win a Group 2 against horses with penalties, and he did win on his return last year.

I would wager your dad's workmate was not EFC's record goalscorer Dela ![]() He might not have been but after he unstuck his syrup and was in the sink he’d get hold of his old chap with both hands and swing it like a rodeo star with a good 7” left still like he was gonna rope a heifer! ![]() Now I get the other Dixie couldn’t do that! ![]() |

Was the general consensus that FOG was big in the paddock? He was big and Zeuss looked fit, even Addel said she’d favour the grey in a rematch and she’s biased, rides out at Burkes and thinks four white socks is a looker. |

Formbook don’t lie, if Prague could get within 4L of a real G1 colt then I’d be surprised.

Delbert can now state Paddock fitness from the TV
![]() |
By:
Discuss the formbook and what he’s beat?
Twice by the same margin! ![]() He’ll need one of Trumps rockets up it’s Jaxeer to be great |
By:
Did anyone need to hear Diamond Jonhnny say that Field would need the run???
![]() Did any of his recent Lockinge winners win first time up? Come on shat 4 brains clock that?! |
By:
Zeuss was fit and there ain’t a lot to him, won’t take much racing
By:
Delbert resorts to insults.
How unusual? Gosden definitely stated FOG might need the run ![]() |
By:
To address me as a Delbert is in itself an insult but it does not bother me in the slightest, I’m not the one with an inferiority complex!
