Like all plans to increase revenue, it will fail as people find ways to avoid it. The big loser again will be horse racing.
Yes people will go abroad /black market. Much easier to do than decades ago when there was no internet/smartphones. You could lose some money to dodgy outfit/s but too much tax/commission and you KNOW you can't win so pointless trying.
Tax increases will lead to most organisations trying to recoup in other areas. Lower rtp higher margins less bonuses and investment in products and services. Combined with AC its hard to see bright future for Uk betting. The talented st
