So the numbers themselves aren't high, though I can't understand why so many Albanians are in the country anyway. They weren't in the EU and their country isn't war torn or run by nutters.

btw there is a lot of malleable data in this area but it's reasonable to state that the foreign born prison population doesn't seem to be vastly out of line with their prevelance in society (about 8% in both). Although it isn't unreasonable to expect people coming to live in a country to behave themselves.

Whilst the OP is talking nonsense he is still raising the point about why the foreign prison population is so skewed towards particular nationalities.
I mean there is a lot of Polish people in Scotland so thats probably representative of a similar demographic to the locals.
