Management......what rules to keep under restriction radar?

No idea freddie tbh - and others will say otherwise - but surely (at least for Affordability Checks) common sense and logic dictate that the trigger is depositing.

Maybe it is more sophisticated than that or maybe it will get more sophisticated in time - but being blunt, they brought this in pretty quickly driven by panic and fear, so I'd imagine it's a very basic.

I thought it was heavy losses.... especially on a 24 hour period

It's all about deposits. So don't.

I think my heaviest daily loss on one horse ( lay ) or even per day  here was about a grand. But I won a few hundred  on the horse cos I got BOG  bet 3 65.  Never any chance of losing.

So how do you explain those who deposit that haven't been pulled?
By:

I agree deposits must be an issue but there must be something else that off-sets that issue for some to allow them to get away with it...and like I said I think it's behaviour.

Maybe some algorithm looks at P&L, betting patterns, timings, deposits, etc., but it's always attempts to deposit that get flagged for further hassle. They don't seem to allow for withdrawals at all, which is my main bugbear.

Anyway, there's zero chance of any operator making public their exact methodology.

duffy - assuming that depositing is the initial trigger for referral, there could be any number of secondary factors that get checked and have kept you out of the net. I'm pretty "well behaved" (if I say so myself) but I'm still not prepared to find out (the hard way) what they are.

The morbid individual who started all this North Korean type P must be looking for some sort of recognition….

I noticed a purple headed figure doing a bit of squawking, surely it can’t be down the this individual….

One fell asleep in the circus on the Thames like a beached whale,,only takes one to start the ball rolling..

This is true bettinghelp - but if they were to do so, surely it would actually achieve the (supposed) objective.

i.e. If they were to tell you what they deem irresponsible, by definition people could avoid the process by behaving responsibly. Mission accomplished.

But of course responsible gambling isn't really their objective. They're only looking for the appearance of safer/responsible gambling with the minimum possible damage to their bottom line.

Absolutely!!!!, it's irresponsible on their part not to spell it all out, where else in society would you get something concerned for your safety not telling you how to protect yourself!!!!

which betrays the following point made by TM

as the real truth in all of this!!!!

I can safely say it was nothing to do with my betting patterns in my case. Changed address but when I tried to change phone number got locked out of account. Then when I got in touch they took the chance to bring  up my income.  They couldn't point the finger at any large losses or chasing. Lifetime profit on here.

oi aceform. you been squealing to notfair?

mitolo got an email 2 weeks ago stating that he (me) is on notice and if i transgress i will be permanently removed from the forum

what is surprising is what it was for. being satirical with your forum moniker. incredible and the last thing i thought would have given them reason to give me the elbow. lord nose ive given them plenty of others yet for them to pull up this one suggests a complaint has gone in

message to runrun. Send your docs off then if its your acc and it has not been floated up by a third party.I am sure they wont judge if there is the odd willie thorn website payment you are trying to hide. While you are here have a glance at the bottom right of the keyboard , next to the M key.

These spending limits do not increase as inflation rises therefore over time they will become more and more draconian.

Listened to Barstewards for the first time, really enjoyable, funny as fook, the bit when they were reminiscing about everyone in the bookies all staring at the tannoy in the corner listening to commentary and when the race was entering the closiong stages and everyone was getting wotrked up you'd get "GOING IN MONMORE"....cracked me up thatLaughLaugh
