I find the Ayr c**k up far less irksome than his ingrained repetitious style where every commentary follows the same script regardless of what's actually happening. Who hasn't mixed up the colours now and again without the pressure of commentating on it.

The commentator ignores the changing lead because he is too busy naming every horse in the race even if they are tailed off, and not just naming the horses and jockeys but describing their colours as well.
