I do not have the brains. If I did I'd come up with a software that would make smart phones to self-destruct if used continuously by the same individual for more than 2 hrs each time just like a vehicle parking restriction eg 1 hr only, and do not return within 2 hrs.

why would the millions of people who like going cashless boycott firms that are providing a service they like/agree with ?
|
|
By:
When some major firms had an internet 'outage' and they were waiting in queues for petrol or whatever, and those who had no spare cash on them were frantically rushing to cashpoint whilsts hoping the machine hadn't run out...how much were they 'liking / agreeing' with it then?
It was a taste of what could happen in a cashless society, not to mention the control that could be placed over people as witnessed by what went on in Canada over the covid policy protests by the truckers, when it wasn't just the truckers who had their accounts frozen, it was also those who had donated millions of dollars to the crowdfunding page that had been set up to support them. big govt in bed with big banks, Mussolini had a word for that sort of thing.... |

If you want to fully understand the implications of a cashless society - you need the expert opinions of a cashless person imo.

My children 9 and 12 love receiving cash (coins and notes) and putting it in their money boxes. Every few weeks they get it out and count it. I agree totally cash is king.....always carry at least £100 in my wallet minimum as you never know when you will need it.

Must admit never give it a thought whether i have cash in wallet or not these days , becoming an outdated concept so happy to go with the flow as there seems more safety benefits with no cash floating around.
