Does not need a medic licence before qualifying as a psychiatrist? A friend was a GP for about 18 months before retrained to be a Consultant Psychiatrist (6 yrs). Now she's both at Beckenham hospital.

Why did he embark on such a trek in the first place.?
He left the beach where he was with his wife and friends. Reportedly saying he felt unwell. I find the fact that they let a 67 he old man walk off in 40° heat, with no protection apart from an umbrella - (less and no phone ) quite astonishing.
What was he doing, where was he going ? Back to the villa where they were staying ?
There are a lot of questions !

Same for me Life-Lucky. But TV "personalities" are royalty these days.

"TV personalities are royalty these days"

No! Only those who are people friendly, kind and not self-financial interest at heart eg the latest Mr Beckham and that former French football player promotion of a brand of crisps and another on his won make me cringe. He was so unnatural, unconvincing, and certainly only doing it for money.

Dr Mosley was different. One could actually "connect" with him.

So just to recap :takes a taxi boat to a beach with wife and unknown couple, goes for swim, says unwell, goes for walk, video showing him descending rocky hill is just over 2hr later, so hardly went off mountaineering or got lost. I

Brolly found nearby, bag found twenty feet away, only thing that i wonder is what was he holding in has hand.

"Papakalodoukas, said the body was found with a leather bag in one hand and an umbrella close by"
Bag is prob a translation, error and means wallet.

The picture of the brolly, it's folded down, prob because he was descending and easier to carry, the "rocks on the body"  too but again it's the  translation.

Inspector Stavros should be asking who would benefit from Mosley's death. There's going to be quite a few openings now for TV health gurus.

Never heard of him and never needed a TV doctor - my TV has never been ill.

Was still the main headline on Breakfast this morning.

He wasn't a 'celebrity', or at least he wouldn't have been in the pre-reality tv age. They will probably cancel the whole news when Rylan's time comes.

What a fecking world we have become. Why can't you lot (and by extension the general public) just accept sometimes bad decisions are made and sometimes those bad decisions lead to bad consequences? What is all this 'sounds suspicious to me', 'questions to answer' 'wife too prepared' patheticness? Just grow up and move on to the next crisis everyone seems to need to function nowadays. None of you have never made a similar mistakes cos none of you have any sort of a life it seems, or you are all liars!

It isn't that arduous a journey and I doubt if it was as hot as they make out judging by his clothes.

Anybody can trip.

He left 3.6 million according to the Mirror.

Those who hadn't heard of him should try his 'Just One Thing' series on Radio 4.  Short, 14 minutes usually, programmes concentrating on one aspect that might help your physical and mental wellbeing. Lots of dietary ones not just olive oil, fatty fish etc but also the benefits of red wine, chocolate and coffee. Others on things like taking a nap, hot baths and cold showers. 102 episodes available on BBC Sounds.

Came across as such a nice and warm character. I still don't get how if helicopters with thermal imaging scoured this very small area that they did not spot a human body not moving on this perimeter fence. Doesn't add up to me at all.

Don't think the UK has been the same since the forced mourning of Diana Spencer.

Angela: A corpse wouldn't be emitting much heat to trigger a thermal image.
