I will go with Bunting in the Triumph Hurdle on Friday (1.30). To be honest Gino looks good on paper, but not for me and i put up the two previous winners, Vauban and Lossiemouth at decent prices on here.
Foyleswar, it may not matter anyway, but i'm happy to pay full postage to Germany. Good luck all. |

All credit to Foyles for making the effort. This'll do me for my entry, though I'm not sure the SP will hold up if it rains on Tuesday morning:

The weird thing about Mr Vango is that he won the Devon National by so far (60 lengths) that he's been priced up as though he finished alone and the race didn't count. It's just assumed that everything else must have failed to run its race. I reckon he'd be a shorter price for Tuesday if he'd won the race by 10 lengths.
But I think you can take the form at face value. The other horses really did run their races - the time was the best on the card, for one thing. I was there that day, and it was simply awesome to watch a horse gallop so far clear. The pictures on the telly gave no idea of what was unfolding. It was like watching Carvill's Hill, which isn't surprising, because Mr Vango is built like Carvill's Hill. The horse simply towered over the opposition in the paddock. What I'm trying to say is that the handicapper raised the horse a mere 12 lb to 132, but I really think that he should have raised it 40 lb to 160. |

Thanks mac. Doing ok personally but no profits on here for a week or two. No losses either so that has to be something. I never play much at Cheltenham either so will have a watching and enjoying week.
Galopin is my ( unimaginative, granted ) nap and for this competition I take a chance with Matata in the Arkle. Still improving, will run them ragged for a mile and a half, then,....... First time hood for Gaelic I see. Confidence must be low. I wouldn't touch him for reasons already stated on here. If you play I hope you prosper. |
