Whilst in England they don't make much effort at all and call it off too early.
They give it every chance and rightly so , as presenter said it was clear a mile away so every chance it would clear up.

At 13:28 you were asking should they have raced the first and stating anyway it could only happen in Ireland then at 13:39 you were a critic of racing at all.
Either you haven't given it much thought but in a few mins had made you mind up who's to blame anyway or .....can't think of an alternative.

I was only interested in the Lawlors (2pm); checked-in at 1.25pm and found the 1st had taken place - not 2nd (I wondered why). Clearly then, a valid question to ask if 1st should have gone ahead. No!
The reference to Ireland was made tongue-in-cheek. Then again why did the course not postpone start time until visibility was better?

On the other thread at 13:25 you posted abandoned ? no more racing on card.
An awful lot went through your head maybe between 13:25 and 13:39 but the vast majority was how best to target criticism rather than think through any process.
With respect impossible it seems all you've posted is an agenda with a disregard for any consideration of the facts.
Good luck today

Irish Racing rarely interests me only for future pointers ie Cheltenham (today). My 1.25pm on another thread was genuinely unsure what'd happened. However, as I was refreshing I saw another thread that indicated Naas abandoned.
To be frank I do not give much thought to others nit-picking (negatively) for my genuine but at times contradicting or non-conducive posts to others. This is a public forum, and as such, anyone is free to post one's opinion - considered or not. If non-conducive the ignore button is there for a specific reason.
But, would anyone not agree why proceed with race 1 at Naas today? Why professional prudence not exercised and deferred 1st race to a later time to gauge possible visibility improvement?

the fog had lifted slightly before they jumped off, you could see the last fence from the winning line OK. It worsened during the race. I expect it's all clear there now.
